I’ve been with this company for more than 20 years. Today, I called to have the rented tank picked up bc we bought our own. They want to charge me $419 to pick up their own equipment. I’ve rented and paid for the tank for 20+ years. This company has horrible customer service and charges way more for propane than other companies. I’m not sure how people on fixed incomes have heat or hot water when they’re the company they have to use. If you rent a tank from them, you have no choice but to buy gas from them. So, when you finally get to buy your own, the punish the customer for it by charging an enormous fee to pick it up! I’m not sure how businesses like this stay in business.

You will never be able to talk to anyone at this company. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Chat, call or email doesn't matter....you will never speak to anyone. The most impossible company to get anything done with that I have ever done business with in my entire life. Also the price gouging that takes place is absolutely absurd. Good luck and may God have mercy on your soul if you ever have to deal with them.

Yes, pretty much. The only thing I have a problem with is the way the payment is set up. I understand the pay ahead but I got charge for say 133 gal but you put in 126 gals and still didn't get reimbursed. I ask to fill it and it only went to 86%.

I got 3 late charges which they dropped 2. I never received an invoice in the mail until March and now they charge me a tank rental fee which I never was charged before.

Well you have a service for a town but you can't get ahold of them because you call their number and you are connected to someone in INDIA. I have been told different things every time I call and you can hardly understand what they are saying. Try hiring local people to work in the office and answer the phones to talk to the customers. Very disappointed.
