They are crooks and shadetree want to be mechanics. Will tell you your vehicle is fixed but 2 hours later it will be back on the tow truck because ot was never fixed to begin with. Then they will charge you for towing again. Also they will charge you for parts that they didn't even use on your vehicle. DO NOT GO THERE THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING.Service: General repairs & maintenance

So I woke up on Wednesday morning at 4am to a vehicle that wouldn't start. I called West Boys as soon as they opened at 8am. They said they were busy and couldn't look at my vehicle until Friday. They said they would have somebody come to my house and tow the vehicle to the shop. On Friday morning I waited until 11am and then called to see if anybody was coming to get the car. They said the tow driver was doing something with other cars and would be here to pick it up after that. Nobody ever showed up. I called Saturday to see what was going on. Nobody answered the phone. They are closed on Sunday. Monday I tried again to call as soon as they opened, but now the number is disconnected. They never bothered to call me to explain anything. Now that I've been without a car for almost a week, I am taking my car to someone that will actually work on it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Fantastic work. Brad diagnosed my car's problem (which I had missed), then did the repair at a fair and honest price. Very friendly! They also gave me a lift back to the office while the repair was done. Would recommend them to anyone.
