“I have been a customer of Midwest Bottles going in 2 1/2 years currently and have found there shipping, attention to detail when packing and the amount of time it takes to receive my order is excellent!! There are only two issue I have with the company. 1) The most popular bottles/jars I use for my business are usually out of stock when I need them. Or they are changing them in one way or another. Not a huge deal especially when I order ahead but sometimes I need a shipment with in a week or so and it's out of stock. 2) I contacted customer service about a jar that was out of stock that I needed for an order coming up. The person that contacted me was not very pleasant and it took them DAYS to respond. Here's the general consensus from a small business owner - Things happen, people have certain things that need to be done and maybe the boss was a little extra mean that day. Stress is everywhere and everyone feels it. Be kind, be pleasant. You don't know what the person on the other end of the phone is going through. I, personally, LOVE this company! They have the perfect bottles/jars for my business and for my budget. We plan on visiting them soon and hopefully meet the team behind all the compliments I get in how professional my skin care line looks. If you have used this company before and had a bad experience, please give them a second chance. Someone gave you that second chance at least once in your life. Thank you Midwest Bottles!!
