I went to get a battery fir my mom's car. My service tech
was Michael. He came out and swapped the batteries very efficiently. I also had the chance to meet Shaun, the store manager. I was yelling him how professional Michael was. Shaun says we take care of our customers. I replied I know because I keep coming back to this same store. SHOUT OUT to Michael and Shaun. You guys are awsome

We were in Georgetown to pick our son up from his freshman year at college. Before we got on the road, our brake caliper locked up! We scrambled and tried to find the parts we needed and found our way to Advanced Auto on 121 Edwards Ave. Sean Carey and Michael Fields were AWESOME!! Incredible customer service!! They helped us get what we needed and took their time to be sure we had everything necessary to get back on the road safely! These guys get 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!! If you find yourself near Georgetown, you have to go see the best guys in the business, Sean and Michael on Edwards Ave, they will treat you right!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband bought windshield wiper blade replacements for both of our vehicles. I found identical blades up the street for $60 less before he arrived back home. I called, told him- not a big deal. He returned to the store 20 minutes after the initial purchase. The cashier was INCREDIBLY RUDE. He said, “Most people do their research before they make their purchase. That will be a $8 restocking fee.” EACH. $32 for all 4 blades.I’m human. We all have bad days. I get it. However- this employee needs a little Jesus. His attitude and response was completely unprofessional.We promptly went up the street to the other location and made the returns without a problem. We will not be returning to this location. (Leaving the employee’s name out-however it was printed on my receipt.)

Staff there is super great they go out of their way to help you and I can't say enough good stuff about the manager. If you need anything the manager is who you need to ask for and he will make sure that you get what you need.

In my town there are two advance autos. This particular one isn't as good and the people aren't as helpful and nice. I went in to buy spark plugs for my car and I told the lady that they were 8 dollars and some change at O'Reilly's and she looked it up and basically called me a liar and said they were 9.99 each. The same spark plug was showing 10.99 on her computer so I asked if she could match the 9.99 and she said I would need to go to orieleys and get all my parts for now on
