Went in to have my sns soaked off. Both techs had clients but I would’ve waited. Lady told me they were busy today to come back Monday or Tuesday. Very rude and obviously don’t want clients or money.

Amy and Thomas are great! I get the sns nails and a pedicure. I love making an appointment and I don't have to wait!

Probably the worst, most rushed pedicure I've ever had. My pedicure was over and done in 15 minutes. The paint looked good but that was it. I won't go back.

Very Covid Professional! Amy is very sweet. I would only go if it was just me. She is sweet and easy to talk with. Clean salon.Negatives- I prefer a lotion and a massage on my legs with my pedi-they only go to the ankle. My color was thinned out and not applied well by her partner. He speaks fine-when he wants to. Maybe not confident?

My nails are done perfectly every time. I usually get nail art, and Amy does an amazing job! A different beautiful drawing, every time! At other places, I end up with gang nails and sore nail beds. I never experienced this at Amy’s.

Would not recommend!!! I just moved to Georgetown and haven’t found a nail shop here yet. This one is closest to my house so I wanted to give them a try. However, With covid -19 pandemic everything has been closed..... I was in IL visiting family and their nail shops were open. I got nails done and unfortunately when I made it back to KY I broke one nail while at work within a week of getting them done. I contact this nail shop to see if I need appmnt to repair one nail and was told that I need to go back where I got them done. For me, this is a no no!!! I’ve never been to a nail shop that can’t repair a nail regardless to who did the original set. So rude and unprofessional. I hope Georgetown has something else to offer, because this place will not get my business

Very clean and follows all CDC guidelines. Even took my temperature. I was late for appointment. New in town. The sign on door said no walk ins. I knocked on door. They would not answer. I finally walked. The man who did pedicure had trouble understanding me. It was liotof confusion. He seemed to be irritated with me. Not sure if I will go back.
