Arianna was the absolute best! We went in for an upgrade on our plan and she was the biggest help and very informative! We had to bring our 2 year old son with us and she treated us all with respect and was very patient! We look forward to keep going to this AT&T store because of her!

The employees here are so helpful, especially Shae! I was in need of a new car mount since mine broke while traveling. She was so kind and patient while I chose the one I wanted. If I'm ever in the area again and need help with my phone I will definitely be coming back here. :))

I did an upgrade and Shae was the associate that helped me and she walked me through the process from start to finish. Very professional and knowledgeable. Well definitely go back for all my wireless needs.

As a new customer we were quoted specific amounts for service. Shea was very attentive and determined to make it better. Our bills for the last 3 months have been ridiculously higher than quoted. Shea took time explaining charges and removing services I didn't want. However, I still believed we are being grossly overcharged. If I had know this before our switch, I would never have changed to AT&T.

Wife went in this afternoon having issues with phone business still open my wife having issues with phone possibly wanting to upgrade and get help with phone issue but they girl working didn't act like she had time to help her and gave her trouble bc she wasn't authorized user but I added her said the girl was very rude acting. Will not be going back to location.

This upset me enough I decided to voice my issue in store to hopefully drive away another customer from getting screwed over. Go in to buy new phone. Everything seems as normal and goes as normal. Next day I'm getting an email saying "welcome to device protection plus" or something of that nature. I never asked for "insurance" on my phone. Never had it, never will. So go into the store to voice my thoughts on it and I'm told "it's company policy"... No it isn't. Then they reply, "it's our companies policy"... Again, no it isn't. The other store across town gives you the OPTION and doesn't just sneak it onto your bill with out telling you. "Well, it's like a new car, they want you to have insurance before you drive it off the lot." NO, it's NOTHING like a new car. It's a phone. Look, you can offer me a sales pitch, and allow me to make the choice to decline or accept. But don't just go adding things to my bill. That is deceptive business practices. Because AT&T doesn't have a easy way to report this behavior to corporate office, and I'm sure they like the idea because they sell more insurance policies that way collecting $15-50 additional a month adds to their bonuses and profits, this is the only way I can warn people.

The store was pretty busy, had to wait awhile, Matt was very helpful in upgrading a new phone and helped in fixing some issues on our bill
