Did a phone trade in and apparently the printer messed up so told me to come back next day and it would be fixed and ready so came back in next day and the lady we worked with was off and the new one I talked to didn’t have a clue so she said she has to contact a manager and she took my information and told me it would be fixed and ready for me the next day so next day I go in and the guy waiting on me is on the phone with someone and he was talking to them and me at the same time giving them his personal information and height and weight and not listening to me then the girl I talked to the previous day comes out tells me that I’ll have to come back she’s been busy and at other stores dealing with other problems and they couldn’t get it figured out then she says she didn’t have a way to contact me even though she took my number day before I don’t have the time to keep running back and forth every day waiting on them to fix a problem that should have been solved the day I traded the phone in so now here I am going on day 4 and still waiting on someone to fix it very poor customer service wasting gas and my time

Josh was the best in assisting me with a iphone trade in. Swift and smooth service, a super kind guy and a definite all star associate. I will continue to go to this store solely for his assistance

I want you to know that my visit to this location here in Georgetown, KY OSBOURNE Way was absolutely awesome!!There were a few things that they had problems with on update and transfer end but it wasn’t on their end, they jumped right in and helped me got it done they are tremendously!!Excellent service, great personalities, mannerly knowledgeable beyond believe, wonderful they worked together as a team, my experience there was one you should be proud of having them in this store!!And, I know I will never hear back from you, but I hope you let each one of them know how much I enjoyed them and their attention while purchasing my new phone!!I visited and made a purchase and n 9-21-23. Went in to transfer a phone number from another provider to AT&T. Alec and the other team members from this branch answered all my questions and fixed everything for me in a timely manner and with a wonderful attitude. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Be very wary of the salespeople. They seem nice but when me and my sister both came in separately, her a few months ago and me a couple of days ago. Both times they said ATT requires customers to have the protection plan which is 17$ a month and they added other features to our accounts without our knowledge. So I call Att customer service and asked if they have no policy about the insurance. They're just lying to people ! They should get in trouble for that I don't know how they're still getting away with it.

My IPhone was not repaired. I was sent to Apple Store. The Apple Store gave me a loaner phone to use while my iPhone was sent away for 5 to 7 business days to repair. It is disappointing to know that I can buy a phone and receive it in 2 days but it takes a week to get my new iPhone repaired because it is defective. While I work from a Xr loaner iPhone. AND Apple Store removed the new screen protector from my iPhone 14Pro.

I had to stop in to have my phone look at because it was compromised. The bank wanted them to checked it out for anything out of the ordinary. They did a thorough check on my phone and found nothing. They did show me how to put all my passwords into an app that was totally protected against anything. If they didn't have my password they didn't get on so I moved all my passwords and a few more protected items into the app. Five stare customer service all the way.

We came in to upgrade to a new iPhone- everyone in the store was very friendly. When we walked in they were assisting other customers but greeted us and told us they would be with us soon. Our rep Alex was very knowledgeable and efficient- he made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I have seen some negative reviews of this store that are mostly old- I would not hesitate to come here, and this was a great experience for us.
