I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire and a jack that didn’t cooperate! I made one call to Big O in Georgetown and they sent someone to assist with my spare at no charge and then I brought my vehicle in and received a great deal on two new tires! I can’t thank you enough because I live an hour away and commute for my job. I know that I’m going to make it back to my family safely! Thank you ??

Mentioned needing control arms and struts repaired , took to two other stores and they said all clear and were able to get alignment completed unlike this location, make sure to get second opinions if you get told you need pricey repairs. Besides that visit others have been good.

Had a flat on our way to Tennessee, and had a planned stop for the night a few miles away. I called first thing in the morning and they got me in right away to patch my tire for the rest of the trip. Very friendly, very professional, got me in and out in under an hour.
