Very Disappointed and Frustrated. If I could, I would have given 0 star.
I had a terrible experience with Bluegrass Auto Repair. I brought my vehicle in to get the AC fixed, and the manager promised that they would repair the leak and refill the system. They charged me for the service, but when I got my car back, the AC still wasn’t working at all.
When I returned to the shop, the manager—who was extremely rude and unprofessional—told me that they couldn’t actually fix the issue. This was shocking, especially since he had clearly stated at the beginning that the problem would be fixed.
In the end, I was charged for a service that was never provided, and my AC is still broken. This place is a scam—they take your money and fail to deliver on their promises.
I strongly recommend that no one use Bluegrass Auto Repair. They are dishonest, and their customer service is awful. Don’t waste your time or money here.

My son is a student at Georgetown and squirrels ate his wiring harness. The team at Bluegrass was very professional and did a full replacement of the harness in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend them.

This is a small independent repair shop that has worked on my vehicles twice: for a rough ride problem and for no working front defroster. In both cases the repairs were done right the first time, and for a very fair price. They stand behind their work with a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Marcus at the front desk is always kind, patient and helpful. This is a shop that I’ll be relying on for years to come and I recommend them highly.

I dropped off my Nissan Frontier for preventative maintenance and a pre- vacation look over. Ross noticed dry rot beginning in the tires, and recommended replacing the serpentine belt and recommended replacing the spark plugs and replacing the brake pads and rotors. I replaced the tires as I was aware they had high miles on them.
They kept me informed on the cost and repair status along the way and did a good job ?

Bluegrass Auto saved my family's road trip! Listen to this story. Myself, wife, dog and twin 2-year-old toddlers were in my Tacoma on the first leg of our extended trip from Ohio to South Carolina to visit family.
We hit a pothole on the highway and heard an unusually loud thud. When we pulled off to see what was going on, my driver's side strut collapsed. The guy at the gas station told us to go to Bluegrass Auto, a couple of blocks away.
One could imagine the panic about to set in, with the whole family in the cab and the truck packed to the gills. We stayed calm and drove over to Bluegrass Auto.
These guys were amazing. The part we needed was in town, and they got our truck in right away. So we took the kids to the Mexican restaurant in the same plaza with the dog, and we had a great lunch. When we came back to see if the truck was ready, it was still going to be a little bit, so the front desk attendant put on some cartoons for the kids. We were back on the road in about two hours! Awesome!
What could have been a tremendously complicated hiccup on our road trip turned out to be a memorable event!

They didn't try to upsell us. One issue we had they couldn't fix and told us to take it to the dealership. Not many places turn away a $2,000 repair. We WILL be back!

Was having starting issues. I was thinking it could've been a bad fuel pump, injectors etc. I had told them my thoughts and they could've ran with it and replaced said items I named. They didn't. They diagnosed my issue being a computer issue and relearned my system. They are trust worthy people and absolutely my go to shop! They are very personable and knowledgeable!
