I went in to get information about a phone plan for my parents. All of the brochures I found were in a foreign language. There was only one sales person who did not acknowledge that I was there. One other customer was in the store at the counter waiting. After 10 minutes of not being able to locate the information I needed I left.

If you need to pay your bill in person, go somewhere else. The workers here, especially some woman, is lazy, and unhelpful. I had a problem with my bill for 2 months. They told us it was fixed. And over charged me due to this. I had better service with straight talk, and that should tell you something.

These people don't even know what they are doing. I do not suggest going here, or honestly do not suggest using boost mobile in general. The service is not good. We went to them multiple times to fix errors on thier end. And have been over charged multiple times because of it.

I like boost mobile, but this location is a JOKE! Went in to buy a phone to add to our family plan, since we pay for 4 lines and only two are currently being used. The girl was clueless. She told us 3 times to go to Walmart and get a boost phone, because she couldn't sell us the phone and add it on our family plan. I then asked her if I could buy the phone outright and I would call boost and activate it myself. She said she couldn't do this. The owners of this particular franchise would be better off setting up a kiosk and doing away with their unmotivated, uncaring, unknowledgeable employees. November 4th, 11:30 am.

Called this phone store, as the Boost Mobile store near me in Frankfort was apparently out of business. Wanted to avail myself of the $10-mo. phone plan that was advertised on the Boost Mobile web site. So I called the Georgetown location to inquire if my old iPhone 4s would work for that purpose. I was told that it would not, and that the oldest iPhone model compatible with the network used by the $10-mo. phone plan was the iPhone 5s After locating an iPhone 5s, I called this location again. This time, I was told that..."Gee, the 5s is too old to use on the network used by our $10-mo. plan." Sensing a pattern? I then inquired what the cheapest phone that I could buy from them would be that WOULD be compatible with the network used by their $10-mo. plan advertised on the Boost Mobile site. I was told that would be the Coolpad Legacy. (Actually not the cheapest on the web site...but in fairness, it was the cheapest that this location had in stock.). To purchase the phone and activate it on the $10-mo. plan with a new number and the first month of service included, I was quoted $110 + tax. Drove the 20+ miles to the store, and spoke with the young woman at the front desk. Confirmed that it was her I had spoken with earlier in the day and that I was there to buy the recommended Coolpad Legacy phone and have them activate it on the $10-mo. plan with a new number for the $110+tax...first month of service included. And then, I was reminded of the infamous car salesman who needs to "consult with the manager," because...no kidding...that was exactly what she did. When she got off the phone with her "manager" she said that the $110 price she quoted earlier was only if I brought in my own phone to have it activated!!! Suffice it to say, the woman minding the Boost Mobile store indicated that she could sell me the phone that in her own words was compatible with the network used by their $10-mo. plan, but that for some vague reason that was never made exactly clear to me, it COULDN'T be activated on the $10-mo. plan but...surprise, surprise...COULD be activated on one of the more expensive plans. When I asked her if her previous quote to me was a lie or simply a deceptive, bait-and-switch way to get me to drive the 20+ miles to her store, she took offense to my use of the word "lie." Personally, I can't really think of a better word for it, though. So, caveat emptor, my friends. Caveat emptor.
