Bought our first camper and they were amazing they helped us with things we didn't even imagine we would need or want. Everyone was so nice and very helpful.

This location in Georgetown, Kentucky has very friendly employees. They greeted us as soon as we walked in. We asked if we could park here over night and they gave us permission and instructed us where we could plug in our RV. We were the only ones here all night. There is a train that is close by but that didn't bother us. Thank you, camping world! We are glad to be a good sam member.

After speaking with Sarah sales manager regarding my RV trade in, I have left messages asking her to return my call to no avail. The receptionist told me that not only were the messages relayed to Sarah but to all of the sales managers. This would mean that the entire sales management team has no interest in helping me or intrest in doing business. So sad because I have had great experiences with Camping World in other states.

We got a starting offer for our fifth wheel over the phone from Dave Sebastian. This number was prior to inspection and we were fine with that and knew some would likely be taken off for any thing they thought would help sell it. We drove it from Louisville to Georgetown (over an hour), waited 2 hours and then got pulled into our camper (which I later learned was so we didn’t complain in front of other potential clients—they want to scam you in private so you don’t give their jig up) where they told us that there were several things wrong with it that cost possibly 10k but they didn’t give us a firm number. (It’s a 2021 and any issues we had were addressed under warranty). Dave then proceeded to tell us that the starting offer was 5k less than what he told us on the phone. The offer they gave us was half of the value of the camper. We called the place we bought it from and told them what the “issues” were and they said they were no big deal. One issue was our control panel; Dave said it would cost thousands to repair, and our dealer/service dept said it just needed to be charged! I even looked it up on the BMPro website and it said the same thing. Don’t fall for Dave’s nice guy act. We spent over $80 dollars in gas, $25 in tolls, and a whole day off work to drive it over there.

Very friendly people! We used our Good Sam membership to use their electric hook up and spent the night. It turned out perfect for us as we were traveling through. Thank you so much!

The sales people are very unprofessional. They couldn't answer simple questions about the camper we were looking at. When trying to make a deal we gave our offer then they came back at us will only $50 off. This was our 1st time purchasing a camper. They did not let us know anything that was going on. I had to tell them we were going to cancel and go elsewhere before they would finally give us an answer. It has been over a month since purchase and we have received our new plate and even made our 1st payment. However their finance department just contacted us stating they could not send title to our county since we live out of state. Hello you mailed us our plate, we live in KY. They are so disorganized. The lady in the store portion of this business is outstanding. She was very helpful and went above and beyond. I give her 5stars.

When we made apt to drop off our camper for service, the associate said we could wait for what we needed done, it did not need to be dropped off. After we dropped it off, we took a couple of hours to visit the KY Horse Park. Came back to Camping World, waited another hour the were told, that had not looked at it, had it listed as a drop off. We left, live 1.5 hours away. Hope actual repair is better than customer service.

My wife purchased a unit from Steven Garcia and we have had multiple small issues with it plus a nice size leak in a window and have water POURING in.... They one time sent a rep out to repair the leak. (The leak STILL is there) Steven recently sent an email explaining that his help has concluded even though the repair was not actually repaired. He wants us to bring the unit to them when it's on our out of state property as a vacation retreat. I called the dealership and their Rep Ruth hung up on me when I insisted her get in touch with the GM. In the many calls, he's rarely there onsite at the dealership. The receptionist would not send me to the GM's VM, only to Steven's again. Concerning how they have no ownership in their faulty and incompetent "repair." Worried what kind of mold is growing due to their lack of integrity. They have been far from helpful, once they get their money they disappear. We will never buy another RV from a camping world after this experience.

Tyler and Steven were great to work with in the service department. Tyler went out of his way to help us get our issues with the grey wolf resolved. We are exited to get our travel trailer back on the road. Cudos to camping world Georgetown.

Customer service is poor from the start. I visited the Georgetown store to look at a toy hauler. I was told that I couldn’t go on the lot until I provided them my drivers licenses. I understand if we found something we wanted to move forward on but I don’t see the need for this just to look.Providing this information will result in phone calls emails etc.

I bought my RV from a completely different dealer and where I'm from....NO ONE would service my RV b/c I didn't buy it from them. I was sad. I mean it was new and didn't need anything YET, but I ended up moving to Lexington, KY las year. I needed some warranty work. I was so nervous to see if anyone would service my van. Ok, so over the phone, Jason the service advisor was SOOOO kind and I felt soooo comfortable and he's like yeah sure we will take your van in. I was relieved. He has continued to be a straight forward person. I like that.I have been in and out of Camping World, I feel like I live there...I am one of the few that has to wait for their rig to be done b/c it is my only vehicle. Anyway of the 5 or so times I have been there in the last 9 months, sure there has been some things I didn't like BUT I mean we are human and things happen. What I did like is the honesty and accountability and acceptance. I appreciated that.Ok this last time they went above and beyond as they understood my situation. I worked a lot with Tyler also another service advisor that is just really cool and down to earth and NEVER acted like he couldn't take care of me because my main service advisor was not there - thank you.William is the technician that has been working on my van, I think I met him this one time I was waiting, I mean he came out and gave me a play by play of what they were doing. I was in shock. I mean no one does that. That made my heart melt. Although I didn't quite know exactly what he was talking about at first BUT he explained it to me in layman's terms and that helped me to see what was happening.I have met the managers Steven and Demarius and they have called me back promptly when I needed assistance, like what?! And then this last time I picked up my little baby (aka my RV) John - I am unsure exactly what he does but I think he helps assist and does things in service he was just funny and made me laugh during a time I was kind of scared that my van wouldn't be ready.Ok so I know service folks get a bad rap and I honestly I only stay going with people I feel I can trust and that are kind. I understand things happen and maybe at times they are overworked and have way too much going on BUT they are good peeps. Thank you guys, hopefully I don't see you anytime soon, lol.

I have had my travel trailer one (1) year as of this month of July. So far everything I have had to repair so far is because I broke it. With the exception of blowing a tire. Camping World to the rescue. It is very rare these days to receive satisfactory service. I received excellent service from Camping World. Everyone I interacted with were professional and friendly.

Was leery in dealing with my Camping world purchase. The closing was a nightmare, I almost walked from that. We have the camper at the house and haven't been out in it yet. Learning the ways of our NEW camper. The water drain drips, the hot water heater leaked, until I found an O ring to fit the plug. The commode was positioned for us, but I guess no one checked it out, since the lid will not open all the way. Camping World would not help us adjust our hitch claiming liability issues. Today we called and wanted help as the refrig stays at 20 degrees. Georgetown Camping World said they would have a Tech call back in 10 minutes, so 3 hours latter we called and were given the number to tech support who was very helpful with that issue. I will not buy anything at this place, unless its the last place .

After getting a loan for the agreement sale and driving 2 hrs. to close and p.u. new rv, they wanted an additional $5k...was told our trade-in needed a list of repairs, which was not true...walked out and got a better deal elsewhere...will never return.

My friend just saved me some headache. I've been talking with him about buying a camper. This place did the bait and switch price on his trade in. Gave him a written offer and when he showed up to finalize the deal they changed his purchase order and slashed the trade in value by thousands of dollars.I've personally seen the vehicle he was trading in. The original trade in value of 6K seemed like a low offer, but I understand that's how it works for the convenience of trading in. To slash that trade in down to $1500 is pure robbery, not to mention the original offer was in writing. Now I'm sure their protected in their legal fine print, but the business practices used here are unethical. I will not be shopping here after hearing how unprofessional they were, and finding out they play games like that with customers. As I read other reviews this doesn't seem like the only issues at this dealership. Do your research.
