The “new admin team” is a joke, and so is the way they run this place. Most of their reviews are fake (from staff or family of staff) The admins do not properly do their job. They don’t care about the well being of these children because several complaints and issues are brought to them and nothing is done about it. “Ms Kay” has been there for awhile and can constantly be heard cussing, yelling, seen vaping, etc. Too many young kids running the place and they want to prioritize friendships over running a business correctly.

With all of the new admin this has become one of the best daycares I know of. The time they have taken to make things better is not going unnoticed. The teachers are so sweet and love all the kids. The food is incredible!

I have had 2 children enrolled at CNI Georgetown over an extended amount of time. The quality of care and staff has significantly declined over the years. When my son started in 2017 this facility was tightly managed by a wonderful director named Stephanie. At this time I would have had nothing but good things to say about the facility and care. However my second child was enrolled from 2023 to 2024. In 2023 the care was fine until Stephanie left due to a promotion (well deserved) but in the years to follow things drastically went downhill. The director changed hands multiple times and now to staff that has made it clear they are too inexperienced to be managing anything. Daycare is something people need to be dependable and this facility is anything but. We experienced multiple closures due to lack of staff or the heat or the air being broken. Then when the air was broken it took over a week to get the parts to fix issues and the daycare had to be closed. Instead of finding out in a timely manner that you would need to make alternate childcare arrangements (as in being courteous and letting people know the day before or early in morning) you would show up and be turned away at the door when you are trying to get to work. Often times you’d get an email at 7 am saying they were at capacity and could no longer take anymore children or you’d be turned away at the door. They would close due to heat or air being broken and instead of giving an update the night before you’d find out at 7 or 7:30am they’d be closed that day. They are supposed to be open by 6 and you give a closure update past opening time; how does that make any sense? It is extremely hard to find childcare at the drop of a hat. Many parents do not have jobs that ever close or have the ability to work from home and this is why they need and depend on daycare. After too many incidents of being turned away or unexpected closures we finally decided we’d had enough despite our years of loyalty we changed daycares. We could not be happier with this decision. Based on current management we can not recommend this daycare to anyone any longer.

This place is just bad all around. It is by far the most disorganized business we have ever dealt with. We started our daughter this week and decided to pull her from the program after 3 days. We would have pulled her after one day had we had any other option.
For the weeks leading up to our start date we called and emailed several times and left messages to confirm the start date. It got so bad I had drive up to the daycare myself and confirm with the director.
On our first day we showed up, we hadn’t been given a door code so we rang the doorbell several times and just waited outside for 5 minutes until someone let us in. Our daughter’s teacher was on break so we couldn’t meet her, we told the assistant director all of our instructions and she just nodded not writing anything down. There was no cubby set up for our daughter. They had no app for us to download since they are going through a transition. They currently aren’t taking any notes for parents so you have no idea what is going on with your child during the day. I’ve never had a daycare experience like this.
Fast forward to Friday and we still don’t have a working door code even though we gave them one to use, no cubby has been assigned to our daughter, we picked up her stuff at the end of the week and her milk container that we brought on Monday is still full… did they just straight up not give her any milk the entire week?!? It’s a non-dairy milk since she cannot have dairy but who knows what they are giving her. This is why you take notes on an app and document things.
I could go on and on. Beware.

This was hands down the worst center I have ever enrolled my children in. My son who loves school cried and begged me to stay in my car while I worked because he did not want to go to this school. My daughter cried at drop off and pick up which was a huge red flag! There was two staff members in that whole center that I dealt with personally, who seemed to care about the children, Ivy & Morgan. Our first week when I dropped my daughter off, who was of course crying and scared, I had to get almost rude with the staff because instead of comforting my 1 year old child, they just looked at her as they held the other children, meanwhile my brand new child was terrified. They only picked her up because I asked them to so that I could leave to go to work. My almost 3 year old was almost potty trained before coming to this location. When we started we was told the bathroom was broke so I would need to bring in diapers. My children were enrolled for 2 months and the bathroom was never fixed. Instead I had a teacher tell me that they actually gave suckers to the children for using the bathroom in their diaper! THEY WERE REWARDED FOR PEEING IN A DIAPER! When I would ask I kept getting the run around. The staff never seemed to even try to care about my kids. There was no compassion and it was obvious everyone there was only there for a check. The director is extremely rude and hateful. Daycare directors always have a smile and seem to care, this was not the case here. I left everyday with such a guilty feeling that I had to leave my children there. I will be sure to spread the word to not put your children in this center! You couldn’t pay me to come back!!

Absolutely read my honest review before you consider this daycare. My children attended this daycare only from August 2023- October 2023, and I had to pull my children and go part time at my job losing a good amount of my income because this daycare is a nightmare! I don’t even know where to begin because this place has THAT many issues! First of all nearly every Monday they will message you about 630am telling you that they are at capacity and tell you that you will be needing to make other arrangements for your children. In the 2 months we were there this happens at least 4 times. The staff seems improperly trained and just extremely inexperienced, and incompetent. My son was terrified of a child at this daycare and he would always cry before going in and say “ Tyler(pseudonym) is mean he pushes me down and hits me and takes my toys.” Which I understand that kids will behave this way sometimes however the staff would let this child run rampant and mistreat other children, not just mine. I saw this for myself when I dropped them off one morning, I saw “Tyler” grab another child’s toy push and push him down, the other child just cried and the teacher did absolutely nothing. She did not comfort the child or even redirect “Tyler” on his behavior. My children were never angels by any means but once they were in this daycare their behavior changed dramatically, both of them developed behavioral issues in that short time that were never present prior to this daycare and I am still working with one of them currently on his habits and behaviors from this place. I will say this facility is clean and it appears to have a lot of equipment for children and looking in on this place you would think it is a really great environment for your children but it is anything but that. Staff needs serious training from state officials and better leadership to be a safe and stimulating environment for children. This is nothing personal against anyone at this facility I just want to warn anyone considering this daycare.
