Went through drive and asked for a thin milkshake, they asked me what, and I said “thin”, silance then they gave me the total. I said did you understand me & they said what is it. And I said thin is a little more milk and a little less milk. Got my card back and my drink and had oreo mush in milk, went in and waited for someone & asked them to fix my thin milks shake & I hear the person with their headset on say “he said thin do you know what that means” lol obviously you don’t and don’t make fun of the people that pay your paycheck. Plenty of places to get shakes at. Don’t need your attitude.✌️ bye

Server interupted to much while i was iOrdering ex: anything elseNo sauage in bisuit and gravy. No large cups for coffee. 1 pancake 1.99 looked terrible. 1st time there last time there. Diary Queen is one of my favs. Love my breakfast there but it's terrible when sausage isn't in the gravy. This happens to much. Crumble the sausage or put in a food processor. Just a suggestion.

We ordered a cheeseburger and chicken tenders with gravy combo and it was fresh, hot and tasty. So much better than McDonald’s!!

I ordered two double cheeseburgers with no pickle... I was given two double cheeseburgers with very dry hamburgers that you could tell was sitting for a while. When I opened up my sandwich you could tell there WERE pickles on it that were just took off. When I brought it to their attention (I was very considerate and did not make any kind of a scene) not one person apologized or even acted like they cared what just happened. I asked for my money back and without question or an apology the manager just opened up the register handed me the money and walked away as if I were a nobody!! I swear to God I never felt so unwanted in a restaurant in my life the way they treated me when all I wanted to do was have a couple of their special double cheeseburgers. I have been going there for the last few months since I moved into town from Wisconsin and in the neighborhood. This is the kind of restaurant that does not care about their customer's I work hard like everybody else for their money and don't want to just give it away to a restaurant that does not care about their customers and serves old food

As far as DQs go the Georgetown one isn't bad, better than either of the Frankfort ones. Just make sure to check that you got the right food and that it's hot before driving away.

I went to DQ for a Royal Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard a week ago asking for the above item. Painfully they were out of Strawberries. This week I had my husband to go there for me. HALLELUJAH they had it and it was so so good. My daughter inroduced this tasty blizzard, while visiting in Georgetown, KY. My only complaint to DQ in Hiram is to please stock up! ? Georgetown, KY, DQ was an all 5 star visit. DQ in Hiram, GA was my disappointment ? they ran out of the Royal Strawberry cheese cake and it was before 4pm weekday. I will go back and ask for this yummy desert again in the near future. ?

The person working the drive-through couldn't get the order right after several tries. He didn't acknowledge when he was finally finished by giving me a total or thanking me or anything. After moments of silence, I had to ask if he was finished.
