I started going here after another nail salon locally made my nails look horrible. This place fixed them and I’ve been going to them now for 4 months. Friendly and they do the nail art just like the photo. Always satisfied and feeling refreshed when I leave.

Great service! I got a full set done by David! He was amazing! Took his time with the shape, color, and the designs that i wanted! I could’ve have asked for better service!

I was not happy with this place at all for starters. They were rude to us and within a week my nail polish, which is Joe and I paid $45 for it has chipped and since I don’t have the money to get it fixed, I have to live with it like this till I can Get it changed next month. Also they overcharged my friends for a set of nails

Very over priced pedicure service for what you actually receive.
This place is clean and the staff are friendly.
They have different levels of services. The person that did my pedicure spent most of the time massaging my legs and not much time on my feet.
She also was on the phone which was hidden in her cart.
I paid $115.00 for the pedicure but it was not the experience I thought I paid for.
Also they had the doors open with no air conditioning on a very hot day.
When I went to pay I was advised to tip 20%. I have no problem tipping for a great service and also paying for a great service. Again to expensive for what they offer.
Keep it simple!

Best in Georgetown !!! I recently started going here. I went once in March for a pedi and twice for a fill over the last two months. Everyone that has serviced me has done an awesome job. They listen to what you want, check with you after each step to make sure you are liking the outcome , and there is no awkward side conversations or drama. They do the service fast and efficiently.

Went in to get French tip and manicure had to get them redone the same day. None of my nails matched they were bumpy and looked grown out even tho I just got them done. Staff didn’t say anything to me and when I got them redone she was being aggressive. Their lotion is also extremely drying.

I made the mistake of going here twice. Both times I experienced pain around my big toe nails. Both times were a different nail tech. I was there on Saturday and it's Monday night and they still hurt. I will likely have to see a doctor where one of them looks infected. I have been getting pedicures on and off for my entire adult life and never had pain before... especially persistent pain. There is nothing wrong with my anatomy, there is something wrong with the training. Learn to be gentle and not cause pain!

I really liked my chrome nails, I did SNS for $40 and chrome cover was $20 extra, it adds that shine layer and I liked Kay as my nail person!

I called the night before to set an appointment when I arrived on time for my appointment, there were a few people waiting. I told Sammy I had an appointment and I was treated with priority. I asked for an SNS ombre pink and white. Sammy delivered exactly what I wanted in a timely manner!! Highly recommend!! I will be coming back before I leave Georgetown area! Sorry for my picture quality lol I'm not good at nail pics

I've been going to Luxe Nails in Georgetown, KY, for several years and was always happy with the service and price, but I got an SNS there this past Friday morning and I was overcharged by the girl who did my nails. When I went to the counter to pay in cash, she said it was $78. I had always paid $35. I didn't believe it was an honest mistake on her part but didn't argue with her. I'll just go elsewhere from now on.
