There were no car available in Lexington even we had reservations, but they were able to sent us to Georgetown, KY. We got free upgrade to Toyota Camry instead of Corolla. Max Hill was the best man for the job! We had great experience at enterprise! Never had this prior!

I had a rental via an insurance claims set up for Saturday the 20th. I was picked up at 1230pm for said rental. Being still in a state of shock from crashing my vehicle I wasn't 100% prepared. I didn't transfer funds from my virtual account to my physical bank account. Shame on me. They immediately changed it to Monday the 22nd. Well I'm here and nothing is available. If I was here just before close on Saturday and knew I was coming back bright and early Monday why rent out my car?EDIT; everything was straightened out. Ryan was a big help!

Save yourself a bunch of wasted time and frustration and rent anywhere but here. Absolutely zero customer service. Booked and confirmed a rental for pickup today. Arrived at the scheduled time to be told they "don't have any vehicles" but could move me down to a sub compact that looked like they pulled it out of the Elkhorn Creek this morning. While I understand that things will occasionally happen this is the 3rd time I've had to leave this location and drive to Lexington to get a rental. At least on the prior occasions the staff would book the new rental in Lexington for me, not today, no apology, no here let us help you get a rental at another location, nothing.... Just book at any other company in Lexington and save all the grief of dealing with this location.

I would give it a negative if I could. I have a confirmed reservation for a car to be picked up at 2pm on 12/11/2023 at this location. I called an hour before the scheduled pickup to let them know I'll be a few minutes early. I was then informed by Rep who answered the phone that there was not a single car in the lot despite my confirmed reservation with a notification that it's ready to be picked up from my app. She told me that the manager tried to call me at 10 am on my cellphone but that was a big LIE. There was no call and no recorded calls at all from this Georgetown, Ky enterprise car rental. I confirmed the cellphone number too. We were stranded trying to figure out how to get to Cvg to catch our flight. I was told over the phone that she's canceling my reservation. The worst experience with any car rental company. So unreliable and irresponsible !!!!!

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star review in my opinion. The staff really aims for the middle to please, if you expect customer service take your business elsewhere. The Lexington branch isn’t bad like this location. I’ve been fighting for 2 days to get a rental vehicle. You book a reservation and they don’t have a car? It’s 2023 with technology we have today how is it they allow reservations with no vehicles? They say “we can call you when we get a vehicle” isn’t a good explanation as to what’s happened. You can call a close branch to the one you hold reservations with that has vehicles and they refuse to have one moved for you. Their policy states that they are to find alternatives but that didn’t happen. I’ve called corporate trying to figure this out but they have to “call you back” also. This whole situation has been nothing but messy and very unprofessional. Who’s to pay for my extra 2 days in a hotel? If you have other options I HIGHLY Recommend going that route as they don’t seem to know what’s going on here.

Pick up schedules for 9am, showed up a half an hour late. No car available when got to the location. Had to clean it. Employees running around everywhere but nothing ready and the phone ringing off the hook. Didn’t really seem to care that they were behind or making people late for work.

They gave me a Kia Soul while my car was in the shop. The car had a tire that kept losing air all week long. Smelled weird inside, was gross inside as they missed some areas that had food or something nasty on them. All around just an annoyance. It is not my place to keep airing up their leaky tire.
