Good luck at getting ur package. Driver will leave ur package basically right by the rd or an incorrect address. So far only driver we have gotten name is Thomas absolutely lazy *** also have talked to customer service bout it and nothing was corrected.

Called to set up a time to deliver our package and the package was delivered right on time. Our driver was especially courteous and personable. Our painting arrived in perfect condition.

Package marked delivered to my house. Picture shows it is in fact NOT MY HOUSE. I sent my husband out looking for it and it was found 2 neighborhoods over at an address that is NOT EVEN CLOSE to my address. Pure laziness and incompetence

Had a package delivered and items were missing from said package. Can't get intouch with anyone regarding my missing items. Fedex needs to be shut down.

For the third time in less than a year federal x. Said they delivered my package. For the third time they did not. Federal x. Is a bad joke. Would give them a negative zero if there was one

These drivers have gotten lazy. I'm surprised I haven't had packages stolen. These lazy bums take a close up picture of the package as "proof" it was delivered and it's not even located where it should be. Why is the picture a blurry picture of the package, because they dont want any proof of where they left it because they where to lazy to do their job. They leave packages in my drive way or by my mailbox across the road not even close to my house. It's pathetic they can't even do the job they are trusted to do. If I could chose to NOT have them deliver a package I would. I have cameras on my property to prove they don't even come to the house to deliver. People should take pride in their job but not these people. You can report it all u want. Nothing ever gets done about it!!!!

Everytime I see a package coming from Fedex Georgetown I immediately get discouraged. Every package I have that comes through here is out for delivery for 3 to 5 days before it makes is to my house. I had to call and complain on the last package and someone personally drove it to my house in a minivan. Same with my package I'm waiting on now that was supposed to deliver yesterday, guess we will see how many times this one goes back to the facility!

This is the at the cashier counter at Walgreens. We just walked in and gave our package to the clerk. He scanned it and had me click some “accept” buttons on a tiny handheld device, then it was finished. Quick and easy. I would come here again.

My packages were sent to the wrong house even tho my right address is correct. They left a picture of where they delivered it on my email and I couldn't make the house out so it's not even close to my house and to make it all worse you can't even speak to a live representative on the phone to get it worked out, so they get to give my stuff away to a random person and make it impossible to contact them

My electric bike has been 'out for delivery' for 3 days now. I live outside of sadieville, I have no food and I'm starving waiting on the delivery of this app I can go grocery shopping. When I call and ask to speak to a supervisor, my requests get denied with cold indifference. I'm literally suffering with pain and agony and it does not matter to fedex that I can't even get headache medicine for my flu.
My suffering does not matter to this company. I'm going to demand a shipping refund, I'll have it charged back by my bank, I don't care what they say, they should have delivered it on the day they emailed me they were going to.

Same with every other review. Pure incompetence. Had two separate packages delivered to the wrong address. Not close in number or name. Nextdoor neighbor I could understand if it's dark. But two streets down the way? On top of supposed 2 day air taking two full weeks plus a day to get delivered.

Been on the truck out for delivery and still delayed. Twice it was weather and there was no weather issues. I always have issues with fed ex. I can't stand this company

I don’t know why anybody uses this shipping they are slow never on time don’t update very often! Had a package that was suppose to have been delivered yesterday and now it is pending!
