I would give 0 stars if I could. I am in an emergency situation. I deposited a large check inside of the branch in Georgetown on August 3. The bank is holding my money and will not let me access ANY of it until August 14th. I have depoaited the same amount into my bank account with my previous bank and had my funds the same day. I've never heard of this and I do NOT need a bank that withholds my money for almost 2 weeks!!! BEWARE OF CASHING LARGE CHECKS AT THIS BANK!!! I will be switching banks immediately. This is absolutely unacceptable

There was a huge issue I had in regards to refinancing a vehicle from 5/3 Bank to Huntington Bank months ago. Huntington had sent the check to 5/3 but didn’t put my full name or loan number on it so the money had been sitting in limbo and I was paying on two loans. (I didn’t know this at the time, just that the money was missing)
The branch manager at the Huntington I had been working with in Independence KY told me that he didn’t know where the money had gone but was busy and this wasn’t his problem to deal with.
However, Bradley Robertson with this 5/3 found out where the money went and how to fix it in about 30 minutes. Thank you for your kindness and your help! 10/10 would work with this branch again.

One of tellers was rude for no reason at all. Saying what do want with a nasty attitude when I went to the drive thru. I don't know the woman name.

Very nice and friendly customer service, free checking and other benefits. They can help with your banking needs so if your looking for a bank fifth third is the one .

They never answer the phones. I somehow got put into the negative from an order, that mind you, I had money for, and they put me in the negative, and it still didn’t even order it. How can you just take the money without purchasing it???

They never answer the phones and every time I make a payment on my credit card it comes out of my checking, but is never applied to the card. Plus I only went with this bank because they had a promotion on direct deposits as long as you put in a certain amount before 90 days it has been six months and I have still not got what they were supposed to give. I have talked to them and they keep making excuses. Do not open a account

I cannot give no stars. The worst bank I have ever dealt with in my life. Stay away and go with a bank that is not so "big". From what I remember I had fees upon fees. I never had bank fees really in my life on a free simple account. I switched to a different bank and in years I have yet to incur any fee.Imagine that.Also, I found tellers to be rude and the manager was rude when I decided I wanted to leave and go elsewhere.

They add service fees if u happen to over draft one time u r charged for two. U can’t get fees waived but one time in a 12 month period! This place is a joke!
