I bought my Rav 4 last September. Susan was my sales person and I can’t say enough about how wonderful she was to work with. I called yesterday morning to schedule my 1 year check on it and I got on the same day. The person we worked with yesterday was Earl. Again he was wonderful to work with, very kind and answered my questions!!

I was about 10 mins. Early, but they took my vehicle
Right on in for service. At some point, they informed me that I would need a new air filter. I agreed to the service. Within a short period of time my vehicle was ready. Cost was reasonable. Snacks and drinks were provided in the lounge area.
I have been doing business at the Georgetown location ever since I purchased the Verano. They are courteous and always accommodating.

Had my tires rotated there amongst other things as I always do only to be cleaning my wheels a short while later and realized my center cap was busted. Whoever did it attempted to glue it and made a mess of it so it now looks terrible. Went back and talked with service manager and he said he could see anything on his cameras. He went and asked the technician and of course he denied it. I mean it's a simple mistake. Denying it is the issue. Anyways you may want to check your vehicles before driving off then again it's likely your word against theirs as was my case.

I was very pleased with the service. Earl was very good in explaining all the services that would be done and suggested that instead of staying I needed to get a ride home. I appreciate him doing that.
