Kaleb, was very personable, attentive, and thoughtful. He listened, asked questions to my needs and wants for a new vehicle. All of this was over text. He made me feel comfortable and felt like it was the right decision, no pressure. Kaleb kept me apprised of the process of the vehicle as it was a custom order for someone who has some limited mobility. Kaleb didn’t let me down. He was very respectful, talked to me and dealt directly with me. He also knew his stuff, answered my questions. He made the experience fun! I could hardly wait to go from Michigan to Kentucky to pick up my new jeep. Thank you Kaleb.

There was absolutely no pressure, and it was genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. Even the final paperwork and closing were handled smoothly and efficiently. I would have liked to get at least book trade value for my car, but the deal I got on the new Jeep still made it worthwhile. Drew is a great salesman. Very friendly, high energy, and knowledgeable. The finance team did a good job.
