Josh and Shane were great to deal with. Worked with us on the price. There was a part they ordered and when I took it back to them the repair shop wasn't able to get it done in one day and Shane contacted me and gave me a loaner for work not only a loaner but one to pull my trailer. The part was fixed like they said and all is good. Thanks for helping us with a great truck and a loaner. Honest group to deal with.

I bought a used truck from Georgetown Auto Sales last week. The experience was good, and I’m very happy with the truck. I originally saw the ad on FB marketplace, and reached out to the seller. Justin replied right away and answered a few questions. I went to the dealership the following day and met with Justin, the sales rep. He showed me the vehicle and let me take it for a test drive. The owner also looked at my truck and assessed its value for trade-in.
Shane worked with me on the financing, and ran a few purchase options until I was satisfied with one.
Every employee was friendly and easy to work with. I got the truck I wanted and my trade in value was fair, and the process was easy. They also fixed a few minor items on the new truck, polishing the headlight lenses and repainting a small trim piece.

Everything seemed great at first, super quick buying process, everyone seemed nice, BUT then… they got pretty insistent on selling me a warranty. Which should have been a red flag, but they made some good points about tech being expensive if it were to go out. Bought the warranty, but didn’t realize until later, that there were different levels, which they never went over with me. They just so happened to pick one for me that would cover wheel bearings. And what do you know, after feeling a a vibration on the highway on the way home, turns out the car had a bad wheel bearing, AND needed new tires, due to said wheel bearing. (which you wouldn’t have noticed when first looking at them, as the balding occurred on the insides of the tires.) After continued vibration issues, also found out it has 4 bent wheels AND needs new brakes. Drove 2+ hours to the dealership, thinking I had found a good deal, but unfortunately this car has already costed thousands! Currently writing this review as I sit in the shop AGAIN, due to moisture and mold growing under the seats! I’ve just been hit with a near $5000 repair bill, due to “someone sticking a bolt in the ac drain”. I truly believe this was an issue they also new about, but instead of fixing it, cleaned it up, and placed air freshener sheets in the doors to cover the smell. This has been the most problematic car I’ve ever had. Shouldn’t have this many issues with a car coming from a place that claims they perform a “rigorous inspection” on all their used vehicles.
If you are considering buying from this place, do yourself a favor and have it THOROUGHLY inspected by your own mechanic. I will never buy another used car without having it inspected myself first. You live and learn I guess.

When I went into the dealership I was originally looking to test drive a used Chevy Equinox. The equinox was nice but it didn’t feel like the right fit for me. Their amazing sales rep Ketch suggested I try a 2024 Nissan Rogue that they had which is similar to the equinox. I absolutely loved the Rogue and ended up purchasing it the same day! They made the buying process really easy and I love my new car!!
