They were great when they were Georgetown pharmacy. I ended up using them because they helped me super last minute before close when I needed medicine for my daughter. Since they became Pinnacle they’ve been lacking. I always order for delivery and have to call several times each month to get them to finally deliver them. I requested twice last week and emailed and called this week with no response and no delivery. I went through the drive thru last time because I was out and sat there for half an hour while they filled someone’s RX immediately. If you need a new RX filled go inside so people who need the drive thru can get what they need in less than half an hour! Then when I made it to the window the pregnant woman working there was not friendly at all. I hated being pregnant so I’ll give her that. I just am not a fan anymore.

I just switched to Pinnacle 3 months ago. I am so pleased with their service. I called my refills in around 10 this morning and picked up about 11:00. I was told by my insurance that I had to use CVS and it was 6 months of chaos and terrible service. I'm thankful for businesses that are polite and efficient like Pinnacle is.

I love how Justin and his team are so efficient and helpful. Normally they see me walk in the door and have my meds ready when I get to the counter! I recommend them to everyone!!
