The stylist was terrible. I said hello, she didn’t say a word except repeated my haircut that’s in file. Didn’t say a word the entire time while cutting my hair, just hummed to the music. Didn’t take the clippers to my hair for a 2 on the sides and back, strictly scissors. Then she said, you’re done, I said the top is a little long and instantly she got mad. “Tell me, just tell me how short you want it then” she said loud and embarrassing. I got up out of the chair, she rang me up and walked away, didn’t offer me a receipt. All my other visits have been great, people that I know that go here dread getting her to cut their hair, and all they have said is true

The lady that cut my hair on 9/8 around 5pm was rude the whole time, the haircut was pretty good so I thought maybe a decent tip would turn her day around. I handed her $10 bill and she didn’t say anything, very unappreciative.

Went in today because my barber was book and to be honest I wish I would’ve waited. I always get a bald fade so when she was finished looked in the mirror one side was almost to the top of my head other side, the top of my ear seem like she was more worried about adjusting the thermostat and cutting hair. On top of the cord of her clippers Hitting me in the face and The only upside was when I signed in online They took me straight back so I didn’t have to wait, but not sure the barber’s name she never said a word other than telling me the price after she was finished I really wanted to get it fixed, but I was afraid to let her after the way it looks from the beginning, I’m pretty sure I will never return to this location again very poor customer service

This is not my personal experience but my grandson. I am writing because he had such a terrible experience with a stylist at Great Clips Osborn Way. We did not get her name, unfortunately! He told her how he wanted his haircut. She did nothing as he asked and when he told her she was not doing what he asked she was very rude and told him she knew what she was doing and his cut would be as he asked. But it was not! His hair was way shorter than he wanted and was not cut in the style he wanted. She cut his hair the way she wanted to and didn’t even try to cut it and style it as he asked. I see a stylist there named savanna and she is wonderful. I was the one that suggested he go there and ask for savanna but unfortunately she wasn’t there and he took a chance on this other girl. Big mistake. Also, this girl was not very well groomed.

The woman who cut my hair stank like onions and had a nasty attitude. The cut was mediocre as hell. Great clips by Walmart. I almost feel like she messed me up out of spite of her having a bad day.

The stylist's name was JEWEL. Awful service, insulted me, my hair and my girlfriend, the cut didn't happen at all like how I wanted it too. Wanted the back to stay long and she cut it like 4 inches, I wanted the ears cut down and she left them the same. awful experience, lady was rude and impatient.
The only thing she did good was spray the water in my hair And it felt like she sprayed my shirt more than my hair.

Very unfriendly person there to the point of being hateful. She showed her displeasure with me being in her chair by spraying disinfectant all over chair. Not sure why but she made a it obvious.I will never return and will walk away from the next hateful person. Please pray for all the lost souls

I asked for a simple short side, manual brush trim on top. When she showed me the sides and I was unsatisfied with it, she sighed as if she didn't want to fix it. I didn't catch my hairstylist's name, and I didn't want to. I'm never coming back here again.

They did a wonderful job cutting my sons hair and my hair. They were friendly and very helpful with my 3 year old. It was the first time I was able to have his hair cut without me directly next to him. I'm sure he caused the stylist some grief but she was great with him and did a great job cutting his hair.
