I was at Hibbett Sports tonight. I found two pairs of tennis shoes and a pairs of Hey Dudes that I wanted to buy. After standing and watching two employees behind the register with no one else in the store for 15 minutes waiting to be asked if I needed help. She said hello when I walked in the door but after that they did not acknowledge that I was even in the store. She straightened things already on and around the counter while he was staring at his cell phone the whole time and never looked up. I left the store and will not be back. We have shopped here for years and the last couple of times I have been in here the service has been bad.

I just called to ask if they do gait analysis. The girl who answered not only didn’t have a clue what that is, but was rude by by hanging up on me and wouldn’t pick up the phone when I tried calling back. Y’all just lost 7 clients.
