Beware, if you put something in layaway and for any reason end to having to forfeit the item, any money applied to said item apparently just belongs to them now. I'm out $85 because I fell on hard times. Didn't even offer store credit. Just lost a customer.

I'm from Alabama and I had been looking for a specific ring for a long time, and when I finally found it, it was all the way in Kentucky, so I was very skeptical of purchasing it, but im soooooo glad I did! They was so helpful, kept me posted about the ring, and let me know when it was heading my way! I went in with a gretsch falcon 12 string electric guitar. Only ever restrung. Brand new on Amazon $749. He looked up the penguin on Amazon for $549. Two totally different models. Said he could only do $200. I know they have to make a profit, but that was an insult and he obviously didn't know what he was looking for. Terrible experience.
