“The T-Mobile rep at the store was awesome, I believe his name was Tillman. He took care of me with my account and made sure I received the price I was quoted. Now for the customer care over the phone, that's a whole different story. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They were very unorganized and had difficulty speaking English. We did a change of account to my name from my ex wife's and they couldn't seem to figure out how or what to do. T-Mobile i strongly suggest allowing the guys at the store level be able to change accounts over and have more power rather then out sourcing to some terribly call center. If it wasnt for the rep at the store you would have lost a customer today. Thank you Mr Tillman”
