This is the worst grocery store I've ever experienced. I will never shop here again and will go to another town to buy my groceries from now on. They do not care about customer service because they do not have any competition. I had a horrible experience here recently and will never go back. Save yourself some time and trouble and shop elsewhere.

We got some cupcakes for my son's birthday a couple weeks back and they were perfect! The whipped icing is amazing. So much better than buttercream. The ordering process was very easy and the staff was wonderful.

Worst check out service in the state. One lane open at 5pm with no bagger. Short handed in deli meats.

This place sucks. There's not enough room to walk in there. The aisles are so small and crammed full of stuff. It's a madhouse it's always full of people is never stocked they don't have enough staff. This is honestly the worst Kroger I've ever been to. There are also solicitors inside who will pester you when you're just trying to come in or check out. Whoever manages this place needs to be fired.

Worst Kroger in Kentucky. We literally live 3 minutes from this location and we drive to Frankfort Kroger to grocery shop. This location is NEVER stocked. It's like the pandemic is still happening in Georgetown. I'm not understanding why we don't have another grocery store besides Walmart or save a lot. The lines are ridiculous, sale items are never available and don't even try to do a pick up order.. you will not get anything you asked for. The pharmacy is the WORST. We now go somewhere else for prescriptions... if I could give no stars.. I would.

1. not stocked well 2. unbelievably rude staff 3. not adequately staffed 4. this town is in desperate need of another grocery store. The staff that is available is more concerned with preparing/filling online orders and those working behind the counters seem to be busy complaining about their jobs but will look up long enough to tell you they don't serve customers until 9:00/10:00 am.

We had quit going to subway because ,cleanliness #1 then service, alot are foreign owned they r not as fresh we will stop here again so nice clean fresh and friendly

Worst Kroger in the area. I moved to Georgetown from Lexington 1.5 years ago. I regularly shopped at 3 different Lexington Kroger locations in Lexington 2-3 times a week for the previous 12 years with no problems. Now I HATE grocery shopping because of this specific location. Not one time have I gone home with everything I had on my list. It's never stocked and PACKED with people no matter the time of day. There's usually a line extending through the parking lot if you want to do a Click List pick up. Lines are long in the store and you have to jockey for positions at the meat and dairy sections. It's also over priced. Some of this is not this Kroger's fault, since it's for all intents and purposes the only grocery store in G'town. However this place is so poorly managed that it's a nightmare each and every time I go.

This store is the only grocery that is convenient to me. I'm sorry to say, however, that it is so horribly mis-managed that they make it almost impossible to do business there. From the pharmacy that never has my medicine when they say they will, and have no concerns about making me wait in line for an hour just to tell me to circle around again, or the pickup service that is so completely incompetent it is ridiculous. I could understand one or two bad experiences, but this is every single time I try to do business there. When I order pickup, I select a time for pickup that works with my schedule. Almost every time, they are an hour or more late in being able to fill my order. Do they think that picking up groceries is the only thing that I have to do? Get a grip. Then, when I do pick up my order, it is not uncommon for them to not have half or more of the items I order. It is insane. I have complained to Kroger corporate, but they don't do anything. They need to get new management. The problems are so pervasive that I expect they rest more with either regional or corporate management Then at the store level, but either way, if this store is an example of the way Kroger does business, I can't believe that Kroger is still in business. Step up your game, Kroger. We are FRUSTRATED!
