This is the worst grocery store I've ever experienced. I will never shop here again and will go to another town to buy my groceries from now on. They do not care about customer service because they do not have any competition. I had a horrible experience here recently and will never go back. Save yourself some time and trouble and shop elsewhere.

I very rarely post negative reviews, but I feel it is necessary to warn people how remarkably terrible this pharmacy is. Kelly is hands down the worst pharmacist I have ever encountered in my life. I recently moved to the area from hardly over an hour away, and I am prescribed several medications that I must take daily and cannot miss a single dose. Kelly made it nearly impossible to get my medication refilled because it was “out of state” and “she didn’t know the doctor or hospital network.” I previously lived in Cincinnati and went to an expansive hospital network that has a location just 20 minutes north of this pharmacy. I explained to her that I previously lived in Ohio, but that the area is a tri-state and you can be in three states within the matter of minutes. I mentioned that I always had my medication refilled at Kroger in Cincinnati, so she could see my profile and how long I have been prescribed my medication for. She said that I would have to get a doctor here to refill the prescription and refused to refill it. I have several complicated medical conditions that I cannot just go and find a random doctor for that has immediate availability. The medications that I am prescribed are also prescribed from specialized doctors, not general practice, which can take over six months to get a new patient appointment. I told Kelly all of this and she could not care less.I then called the next day and spoke to the other pharmacist, Cassie, who said she completely understood, had no issue refilling it, and if there were issues in the future to contact her. Why Kelly had an issue is beyond me. It seemed like she just wanted to exercise her little power of a pharmacist.After arguing with the pharmacists, you then get the absolute pleasure of dealing with the Pharmacy Techs, specifically Octavia, where pulling up your information is an actual act of congress. I now have a card that I made with my literal Kroger Patient Profile ID because they lose medications, don’t refill them when sent in, and then talk to you like you are the lowest intelligence person they have ever spoken to.I would recommend transferring your prescriptions to the local “Georgetown Pharmacy” or, if you have a membership, Costco.Also, the photo will be your wait every single time (with extra people waiting on the side!), and then they will not have your prescription.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever had and will be switching asap! Lines are ALWAYS atrocious. Then you wait in line for 30 minutes to find out that your prescription isn’t ready half the time. Sometimes they run the RX through insurance, sometimes they don’t, just depends on the day I guess. I always have to question if they did ran it through just in case. Most of the workers seem very irritated and are short with you almost every time. It’s horrible!

It's never a question of if I'm going to have a issue with my Rx at this Pharmacy, it's a guarantee. They are never ready on time even when I get a call saying they are or I give them an extra day from when I called it in........ Or the say it was never called in, so they I get to wait till that afternoon aka the next day.... Maybe.... I'm switching my Rx over to CVS or Walgreens, I'd have more confidence in someone on the street corner anymore.

I’m not sure how this Kroger pharmacy is still in business. If I could rate them -10 stars, I would. No matter what time of day/what day of the week you call, they NEVER answer the phone. “Understaffed” is an understatement. I spent 25minutes in the drive through while the entire pharmacy searched for my “missing” prescription one day and they finally located it. If you have a question about your medication-don’t bother calling. Might as well go wait in the 40minute line inside or outside because you’re not going to get them to answer. Absolutely ridiculous! You’re better off driving to a different Kroger or better yet, just change your medication(s) to a completely different pharmacy.

Younger girl with long dark brown hair that works the drive thru is extremely rude. You’ll request for next day refill and it literally takes them 2 days to fill a prescription

This place sucks. There's not enough room to walk in there. The aisles are so small and crammed full of stuff. It's a madhouse it's always full of people is never stocked they don't have enough staff. This is honestly the worst Kroger I've ever been to. There are also solicitors inside who will pester you when you're just trying to come in or check out. Whoever manages this place needs to be fired.

The line to pick up medicine is ridiculous. There are 12 cars in line. So I went inside where there were about 20 people standing in line. I came back out in the same truck was at the window. Kroger needs to hire more people. If I didn’t need the medicine, I would not be here. Kroger needs to come up with a better way of doing business at the pharmacy.

Atrocious. Just atrocious. The wait times are beyond ridiculous and most times the scripts won't even be ready, even if you have called ahead to verify they'll be ready. So, now, you have to wait in line all over again.Avoid this pharmacy unless you have plenty of time to kill. It's a common occurrence to see cars stretching back to the stop sign.Now, don't get me wrong. The staff are always courteous and polite. I've never had a problem with the staff, but something is kinked in management or somewhere. There's some serious issues that need to be addressed.

They filled the wrong prescription. My husband tried to return it and they said once it leaves their facility its ours. It was $80!!! What scared me is they didn't even pay attention. We are transferring elsewhere, I will never let them fill a script for my family again!
