Question. Why was the Grocery Carts Changed out for a much small capacity cart for? I used to be able to fit 2 Cases of Gatorade side by side near the back of the cart, Now you have to put them in sideways one toward the back and one toward the front for them to fit. Also had to get another cart to do our shopping with, since the items we buy on a regular bases would not fit in one of the new carts. The cashier said they was getting lot of people complaining about the size of the carts. They could not answer why the switch.

The prices have gone up so high and with new smaller carts, I paid so much more for so much less than I can anywhere else

Grocery is always clean and always stocked. I even have had success with their plants! The pharmacy is not great but this is not about them. I have accidentally bought coffee beans and not ground and taken them back no questions. They bag your groceries. I am not sure if he is a manager but he has asked me several times if I need someone to take my groceries out. I don't have a disability not do I look like it so I said no thanks. After he did it several times I asked why and he said because sometimes people just need help. Nice to know that if I ever need that I can get that even if I am just tired. Meat is always fresh. Veggies last longer than anywhere. Kroger has a great rep all over but I love this store.

Ask butcher to custom mix some ground chuck sirloin , said they don't do that , no need come to Kroger I can buy pre packaged meat lots places,

The self checkouts are more like an area to look stupid in. The machines go off constantly. You go in there to be independent but the machines make you so dependent that it defeats the entire purpose of checking yourself out. This Kroger is so outdated it seems as if the store has no money. On the other hand Walmart have a nice new look, and have very nice machines that won’t go off and take away the independence. When I asked the store manager about the machines, he shrugged his shoulders and ignored me. The selection is nice, which is about the only thing good about the entire store. Employees just goof around and leave their work area. For example, there was an employee who was very young, looks like he works out, wearing his hat backwards, would continuously leave to go talk to other employees while he was checking out, I cannot remember his name, but I remember it started with a K. This store needs a kick in the right direction.

Been shopping here for 7 years now, today felt the most disrespect from an employee. Self checkout register says ask attendant for receipt, because clearly the register being used is not currently printing receipts. So I did what the screen said went to the person covering the self checkout and asked for a receipt to be printed for the register we used. This young guy with so much disrespect says no can't give you a receipt. I proceed to say even though the screen says ask attendant for receipt? He, rolling his eyes, like I was an inconvenience says no I can't give a receipt. One that was rude and maybe a little racist because I was a person of color? Two, he needs better training. I've worked retail and I've seen many times other Krogers employees reprint receipts if the registers don't print it in the self checkout. Don't assume minorities are dumb and act dumb yourself. Krogers need a better training for new hires. This attitude will only lead to worse situations in the future. Other than that this Krogers is one of the best Krogers I've been to!

I got Ribeye steak opened it up the next day terrible nasty smell of nasty milk with black stuff on the sides will no longer get meat from there.

Always like shopping at Kroger. Very clean and have a very good selection. Lots of ways to save some money
