LOVE LOVE LOVE the bakery department! They go above and beyond to create custom cakes that are not only gorgeous but are such good quality; a surprisingly great experience over and over again!

7th time in the last 4 months getting rotted produce or curdled dairy from this location. They obviously aren't storing food properly before stocking it on the shelves/refrigerator units. Over the summer there were plumes of fruit flys on roted fruit produce. Stay away from all mushrooms, Kroger brand pre cut packaged broccoli, Kroger brand fat free half and half, and check your fruit very well at this location.

Kroger has amazing deals as usual, but it's so hard to find their gluten free options as they are mixed with everything else in the store and I shop for individuals who have severe allergies... just took forever to do my usual shopping. So maybe a gluten free section for dry and frozen items wld minimize shopping times and maximize customer experience!

The store is always really busy. It's sometimes hard to find parking especially for people who are handicapped. Don't expect to make a quick trip. I gave the store 3 stars because of the variety of products they carry. Shelves are sometimes bare but the stockers are usually busy. The majority of their personnel are generally pleasant and willing to help when they are available.

I was shopping an instacart order and was already having a bad time. I go to check out and I forgot to scan the barcode and the lady was almost done with the order. The receipts says Anette so I’m assuming it’s her. She was so rude about the whole interaction. So Maddie stepped in and rescanned my order without berating me the entire time. I was very upset (sad) while I was leaving and Maddie came and apologized to me which I appreciated so much! Thank you Maddie for all you do ?

This place was well stocked and probably the best Kroger I've seen. I was camping in the Kentucky Horse Park and grabbed food here. It was more affordable than eating out and they had plenty of packaged and/or to-go options.

I realize Sunday is busy, had to pay bill at service desk and 3 people ahead of me,no problem. No one behind desk so ask how long they've waited, 15 minutes so far, so I wait 10 more and notice there's a sign saying had to go to self checkout, be right back, now we're going on 35 minutes so to heck with it, I'm leaving, run into one of the supervisor's and tell him, says he take care of it with a smirk, walks back there and comes back and no kiss my butt or nothing, "just walks off" and we're all left standing again. AND ONCE AGAIN I'M REMINDED WHY I DON'T GO TO KROGER UNLESS I HAVE TO. Rudest place ever.

The Georgetown, KY store is a nice store. Just don't expect the people that work there to smile back at you or acknowledge you if you say hi or when you smile at them!!Pharmacy needs to be much bigger, and they need more employees who know what in the heck they're doing!! As busy as they always are, they should also always have 2 Pharmacists working at the same time!!!!Also, make sure you check your receipts before you leave. I learned to always do that, the hard way, and today alone, there were 3 errors!!

My prescription was sent to them at 1:30. Went to pick it up at 5 (after sitting in the drive thru for 20 mins) and they said they would have it ready at 6:30! It’s a packet, they don’t even have to count pills out! Pretty ticked because I don’t even live in town! Not happy! Switching pharmacies!!

I am a disabled person who utilizes a task trained service dog. At other grocery stores, I have had extensive issues with people bringing in pets (which is not legal via the ADA and FDA) and staff doing nothing about it when I ask. My service dog has been attacked by multiple aggressive pet dogs who should not have been in stores. When I moved to Georgetown and started going to this Kroger for my grocery needs, I was shocked. The staff is ACTUALLY knowledgeable about service dog laws and policy and actively ensures that people do not bring in pets. It’s the first time I have felt safe in a grocery store with my service dog in a long time. They are great about complimenting how cute she is and how cool it is to see a service dog without interfering with her job or distracting her. 10/10 recommend this Kroger to any service dog handlers. You’ll actually feel safe shopping here

The absolute worst Kroger (or any grocery store) you’ll ever go to. The ClickList management and evening shift management are rude, use foul language, and actually turn ClickList customers away by 8:55PM (even though they were scheduled for a pickup slot of 8:30-9:00PM). They mark half of your ClickList order as “out of stock,” even though you could immediately walk inside and those “out of stock items” are fully stocked on the shelves. Inside, it’s understaffed and we’re lucky if there are two actual cashier lines open—other than that, it’s self-checkout, even if you have $200 worth of items in your cart. It’s so unfortunate that other that the only grocery store options we have in our heavily populated city is this horribly managed Kroger and one Walmart.

They had a lady working the express lane that couldn't talk and swipe at the same time, and she LOVED to talk. It was like having a sloth work at the DMV! The line was backed up and it took me 12 mins to get to her, their were only 4 people in front of me!

The service and overall condition of this store has been severely degraded. It is the only supermarket in Georgetown, it is understaffed, undertrained, and under stocked. I will be taking my business to the new Publix on Citation and Lexington Georgetown Road
