Went to this store to purchase a door that our Lowes in Frankfort didn't have in stock. Found the door we needed went to find someone to help us. Customer service announced we needed help. We waited a good 20 or 30 minutes no one showed up. We finally went got a cart and loaded the door ourselves and started to checkout.... read full comment

Typically always have what I need. My only major complaint is lack of man power. Meaning. You have one cashier in the lumber section. BUT have 3-4 workers standing around the self check lanes. If you’re paying them to stand there and do nothing, probably should have kept registers.
