Lowe's is great when you use their app to find the aisle and bay where a product is located. Easy in and out.Lowe's is not as good when you need help finding something. It's difficult to find an employee and many times they do not know where the product is located.

If it could be negative we would.Do not order from this store. Do not do a pay ahead.They have wasted so much of our time by pulling the wrong amounts out of the account, then not having the items, then saying their computer won't let us pick it up, to lying and saying a card was declined.Now we have to file a report for stolen funds that they refuse to admit was taken out of the account and wasted a day trying to get what we needed that they did not have in the first place.We should have learned the first time they royally messed up an order.Go to Home Depot, this store is not worth the headaches they cause.Update: Had to file a charge back with the bank after canceled order still posted for items we never recieved.Also got the same items at home depot for over 100 dollars less

Very bad experience, I bought a refrigerator and it failed a week after purchasing it.I tried to return it and they told me that they had a 48 hour policy to return it that I should call the brand to fix it.?I talked to the brand, they came to fix it and after 3 days it failed again ? I called the brand and asked to return it and they told me that they couldn't make the return, so I should call lowes, call lowes and talk to the manager, explain what happened and No, he couldn't do anything, for many it may be ridiculous, for me it has been frustrating and stressful...? my sin is not buying a guarantee of almost 250 dollars for 3 years.

With Kevin's astute management, Lowe's paint dept retains several stellar team members; chief among them are Kim, Joseph, and John. Throughout our seemingly interminable refurbishing project, each of these, including Kevin himself were professional, courteous, and forthcoming with valuable advice. At various times they were each attentive to my expressed concerns and willing to problem solve on my behalf. How grateful I am to have crossed paths with Kevin, Kim, Joseph, and John at Lowe's.

I would like to give a shout out to Miss Mashanna who was extra helpful and decreased my time waiting for someone to help me in the tools department. I think she had noticed that I might have been waiting for someone to help me for a while and despite that she doesn’t work in that dept was able to help me and get me checked out. She was very very nice and unlike most staff act like you’re bothering them when needing help and seemed eager to help. So kudos to her and when it’s time for a raise I hope she get one.

This place is awful - stopped by to pick up a piece of linoleum, walked back to the flooring department found the one I wanted and go to the desk in that department and the lady asked me if I needed help and I told her I just needed someone to cut a piece of linoleum- she then told me she didn’t have anyone and she was was waiting on a customer- so I go to the service desk and ask to speak to the manager because I see several people who were just standing around that could help, but I was told well the manager is working in the flooring department- so this is the manager of the store which can’t or doesn’t know how to delegate nor knows how to take care of customers! No way would should she be managing a store if she can’t delegate someone to cut a 300 dollar rug and get a customer on their way. 3 of the workers when I went towards them would not make eye contact and walk away because they knew I was going to ask for help. I did finally find a guy that said he could help.It took me less than 5 minutes to find what I needed and took 1 hour to find help, get one product and get to the checkout line! ?I’m done with Lowe’s and will be giving me business to Home Depot - because they will help you, and prices are lowerLowe’s is only interested in making a profit and if they lose customers doing it they don’t care - Customers you have the choice to like these establishments take advantage of you or go somewhere else- Me I’m going to places that wants me to be happy with the service they are selling.
