So very, very disappointed. Let me start by saying the salesman was friendly and very accommodating. Now that the good part is out of the way let me get down to business. I purchased a mattress set two years ago. I did not spend a lot of money because it will eventually end up being in a guest room and at our age, we will not be having many guest. I bought the mattress to be used for just a short while, at least that is what I thought at the time. But as life would have it things change. In any case, after only about 4-5 months with me having turned it abouot every 6 weeks I noticed a body indention in it. Well I had forgot the terms of warranty so I was disappointed but thought there was nothing I could do. Then after several more months I thought it wouldn't hurt to check out their exchange/return policy. To my surprise and delight there was a one time 10 year exchange policy on it. So I talked with the original sales person (to my surprise he was still there). I went in and we made the arrangements. He did suggest I upgrade if I wanted more support, but again I do not plan to be using this mattress for much longer so did not want to put out several more hundred dollars for what will be a very seldom used mattress. The new one was delivered a couple of days later and low and behold it had a body imprint after the very first night. Now I am stuck with this worthless piece of junk they have labeled as a mattress. Before it is stated/asked well geez how big are you. I am a normal sized woman. Yes I could stand to drop 20 pounds, but that is not nearly heavy enough to leave an indention in a mattress after one night. The issue is they Mattress Overstock is selling a very cheaply made mattress. they should be ashamed of themselves for even having these things on their showroom floor. It is a mattress that should not even be sold at the Dollar store. I paid around $500.00 for the mattress and $84.79 for the delivery. Now I have to sleep on this piece of junk until I get moved. I am so upset and disappointed I will never shop there again nor will I recommend this business. It is a shame because again the salesman was pleasant but the company itself should really be ashamed selling such low quality. Lastly all I can say is buyer beware. The brand is Jameson - JAM315-1030M The Paseo Firm Full Mattress. A cotton ball is firmer.

This is a great store to buy Magic the gathering cards from. Mattresses not so much. I thought I was in the market for a new mattress due to countless nights of restlessness but the sales associate was more interested in sitting behind the desk playing a card game then helping me pick out a mattress. Ended up going to sleep outfitters and got exactly what I needed.

Pretty dissatisfied with my experience here. The staff is nice enough, but not concerned about customer satisfaction after the purchase. I would not recommend Mattress Overstock.

An amazing employee was working when we went to look at mattresses. He was so knowledgable about every matress in there. Highly recommend this place if you arent afraid to spend good money on a quality mattress!

Very friendly staff. They didn't have the mattress we wanted but did give us a better mattress (in our opinion) for the same price. We bought a mattress here 6 yrs ago and were very satisfied with it so we went back for another one. Very reasonable prices and great selection.

Don't buy from these scammers.I bought a twin mattress from their store on Nicholasville rd, they made a mistake and got me a full one, I didn't get a chance to return it and was short on time since we had guests who needed a bed to sleep in so I got a mattress from Walmart.When I wanted to return it the regional manager Billy Mullins refused to return a mattress that's unopened and still in the original box. What's their reason? It's policy (which is the shi**est argument scammers use) to steal from you. He was rude and sarcastic about it.I'll never buy from them and recommend none of you buy from them ever!PS: the tear in the mattress box was present originally

We were met at the door by a smiling Carson Dooley, store manager. After getting acquainted, he listened to our story and sketched a broad campaign to narrow down the search for a suitable mattress. As we reacted to the information we gained, he adroitly focused us on products that met our criteria (price, comfort, etc). It seemed we "found" a winner within minutes. We left with an order for frame, box springs, and mattress, and we were totally delighted with the whole process.
