I booked with Kam Garrett Hanson! After sending a deposit she rescheldled with me 3 times and refused to give my money back. She told me to come in Friday so I did. My hair was not to my liking no color in the back of my hair and barely any on top. When I messaged her to ask if she would fix it, she refused and blocked me!
will be calling the owner in morning ( bc it’s Sunday) Beware of using Kameron Garrett Hanson at this salon!! I expect to get what I paid for and this most certainly is not a full heavy highlight as I requested! It was 2 days ago and she’s refusing to fix it or give my money back. How unprofessional!! See messages below!!!

Usually when you have your hair cut it’s like oh no it’s so short, but Tracy is not like that at all!! She is the absolute best stylist I’ve ever had!! Tracy is fantastic and has a great personality!!
