We’ve been going to Noble View for a little over a year and a few things happened in that time that I wasn’t too happy about but my husband I kept taking our dog there because we just thought they were a very busy clinic and things happen. 10 days ago I took my dog in because one of his nails was obviously very badly damaged. He bled a lot, his nail was bent up and to the side. I asked for his nail to be cut all the way back or removed and bandaged. Over 3 hours and $100 later they hand him to me and say that the vet just trimmed that nail. I can trim every nail at home for free. I asked why his nail was only trimmed and the tech rudely tells me she wasn’t back there so she doesn’t know. I leave and call back later to speak to someone else and I’m told his nail wasn’t that bad so it didn’t need to be removed or bandaged. Over the next 10 days on his antibiotic, his nail is still bleeding. He’s not putting pressure on it and he keeps nursing his foot. I brought him in today and ask to just see the vet. She says yes, the nail needs to be cut all the way back and bandaged. They again charge me over $100. I ask for a breakdown of the charges and tell the lady at the desk I understand having to pay for the meds but the vet only did what I asked the initial visit so could the other fees be waived. The vet tells her take 25% off. I then asked to speak to Dr. Noble and explained the situation respectfully. She tells me my dog didn’t need his nail cut back the first visit (even though his nail looked the same then as it did today). She spoke to me very unprofessionally rolled her eyes and told the lady at the desk to remove just the exam fee and she storms off. Meanwhile a tech came to the desk and said he was there to “watch”. I don’t know if he expected me to cause a scene. I was never once rude or raised my voice and I still pay $75. Dr. Noble should know better. Just apologize and admit the nail should have been removed the first time. I’m not saying all of the staff was rude but a few of them are unbelievably unprofessional.

Tacking on additional fees isn’t good with me when I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years. The service I need takes 10 minutes.

As a first-time client I was unimpressed and unfortunately will not be returning. I chose this clinic as it is very close to where I now live and seemed a little more affordable than others. I showed up a couple of minutes prior to my appointment at 2:55pm (my appointment was at 3pm) for annual vaccinations. The girls at the front desk asked me to fill out the new client paperwork although I had already given them all the same information over the phone so that was a little annoying while trying to hold both my dogs, but it was okay and still understood as some stuff doesn't get translated. 20 minutes after waiting and my dogs getting restless it started to get a little aggravating, but I understand that vets often run behind. While waiting a couple of people came in that were picking up medications, one of which they did not know what the dog was taking due to someone not putting the records in the system and proceeded to ask who he spoke with on the phone and he stated he was not sure as they called his wife to tell them the meds were ready. He eventually had to leave without meds and said he would have his wife come back. It seemed a little disorganized to me. As I continuted waiting another set of dogs came in making the waiting room very tight since it is a very small waiting room. With zero exaggeration... we waited a total of FORTY-TWO minutes until they were ready for us with no apology. While trying to hold both of my dogs, previous records, keys and cellphone, along with two other two dogs near the scale I was asked to get weights. It was very challenging to get my more reactive dog on the scale and after struggling, I laid my items down and ended up having to hold my other dog's leash with my foot. They did not once offer any assistance and just stood there watching. I have NEVER been to a vet office that has not offered some sort of assistance especially since I clearly needed help. Once in the exam room we waited another 10 minutes but that was fine. Dr. Noble was very nice, did a good job and was helpful. Her vet tech was also nice, and I was very thankful to be able to pay in the room as that made leaving a little easier. Although upon leaving, the waiting room was full of dogs and it was quite the challenge to get out of the door with my reactive dog. Luckily the vet tech did offer to get the door. I was hoping maybe my the long wait and not so pleasant experience in the lobby was due to it being a Friday afternoon.... My fiancé and I had our other two dogs scheduled for the following Monday. I had hope that he would have a better experience but unfortunately, he did not. He as well had a very long wait time, was offered no assistance in weighing his dogs and couldn't since there were other dogs in the way, and then got charged incorrectly. Noble View seems as if they need to schedule less patients each day to keep everyone on schedule, be more helpful and have people wait in their cars since their waiting room is too tiny. I did call them to get a refund for the incorrect charge and they were helpful in doing so. It wasn't a horrible experience, but it was not pleasant. I will just go to Petco for annual vaccinations from here on out as their service is surprisingly much better or Central Kentucky Animal Clinic.

Took great care of my cat when she had to get some teeth pulled. I was nervous since none of my pets have had any procedures in the past, but she’s doing great and the staff was very polite and helpful. They even have payment plans so I don’t have to worry about not being able to take care of my fur babies. Only complaint was the wait time, they were very busy but I take that as a good sign. No other issues during appointments.

Dr. Noble and her staff are a very caring group of people. I trust her 100% with my dogs (I have 5). She is very knowledgeable and does not rush through a visit. She will actually listen to your concerns. Highly recommend!!

Because my cat was not eating and could hardly stand I wanted my cat to go to sleep without pain. I did not want to go out and find him just laying dead. And that's exactly what happened. He died one day later alone!!! They wanted to give him antibiotics again. Once we found him, Luckily I was able to find someone to cremate him so that he would not be laying out there alone. Its just awful when a place just wants money. I know that they have to look out for the interests of the pet also, but they should know when it's time. Sleep in peace, Too Too White . Forever in my heart
