They offer fair prices based of what they think they can sell it for for the items I brought in, no low ball price then try to flip it for tipple the cost. Which is why they are able to have such great deals, buy fair and sell fair. They have a great layaway program wasn't able to come up with the items full cost, and they let me put some money down and pay on it over time! Staff offered excellent service the store manager seems a lil ruff but we talked and he's actually a really nice guy, he just wants to help people out the best he can.”

“In December 2009 Christmas Eve, the younger versions of myself and husband walked into this store... Young nervous, and eager to elope on Christmas Day. We were met with delight then and with celebration from the staff. Everyone went above and beyond. Fast forward to Christmas 2023. Celebrating our anniversary we decided to purchase new rings. Once again they did not disappoint! Went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and showed us all the pretty little rings we wanted to look at. I had to take the ring we purchased back in recently to have them fix it as a few very tiny stones came out. I was anxious over the cost, and the size of these tiny stones. Wondering if I could ever have such a lovely piece fixed. Once again the staff did not disappoint. Not only did they fix my beautiful ring, they did not charge me a thing! I had not had it very long and they made good on their promise to make their customers happy.This store over the years has become my husbands go to for all the pretty little gifts.
