Regional Manager specifically targeted my daughter because of her piercings (which had clear spacers.)
I say targeted because many other employees have them and they weren't harassed, made to cry, he actually made her go to the bathroom and try to take them out😡, then fired her when she was upset that he was doing this to her and no one else and she didn't want them to close up refused to take the rest out.
They also have a 40 yr old male employee whom apparently likes young girls...

U got to be kidding me. Paid for reserved parking and no parking available. No hours to drive and exhausted like every other driver but forced to find some where to sleep…This is ridiculous and inconsiderate… what a waste of of time coming here and a waste of hard earned money… I will NEVER make any other purchase at this location again …

Pilot Flying J is hands down one of the best truck stops on the road. Every time I stop, I know what to expect—clean restrooms, well-stocked convenience store, and friendly, helpful staff. The fuel pumps are fast and easy to use, and the layout makes it simple to get in and out quickly, even with a big rig.

Nice truck stop that's clean and well stocked. They have a good selection of everything and they have a Wendy's attached to the Pilot.

Nice clean truck stop. Plenty of parking space. I think her name was Ms. Molie. She went above and beyond to assist me with getting a shower when my account was giving me issue. Excellent service. She should get employee of the month award.
