extremely rude and unprofessional. Employees do not communicate with each other and you will be called you a liar if you correct them. Save yourself the hassle and buy off marketplace. You will pay a fraction of their inflated prices.

My old account has never been synched with new account. 4 telephone calls to customer service never answered. Impossible to reach anyone. Store reported same delimma. From this prospective, terrible customer service.

Money was taken out of my account WITHOUT my approval. I removed my auto pay. A payment - my last payment was taken a day early and for a different amount than what it should have been- NO ONE can tell me why this happened. Anyone know a good lawyer??

I was previously an employee here for about 5 years. After reading all of the comments talking negatively about Jerry, Claudia, and Courtney and seeing who they came from, I know most of the accounts that you all had had. The reason for your dissatisfaction is because of your failure to know the contract you signed and how your payments are set up and applied & that you do not (didn't) have your priorities straight and think as soon as the item is delivered you own it, thus causing an issue when your payment is due because you never intended to pay anyways. Regarding comments about bed bugs and others, we never had an issue with such at the store, only arriving to your homes. Keep your homes in good standards and don't run down your own home and you more than likely won't have those issues. Jerry, Courtney, and Claudia have never taken money from a customer and used it for their personal gain and are not addicts of any kind. Any additional money we got in the field was added to the account and we gave you a receipt upon coming in from the store again. Any money you paid over the phone from us running to your home on Saturday morning got your account current because that's all you could pay. As professional as I can try and make this review, some of the commenters leaving the one star ratings were taking RAC merch and selling it for their addiction needs. One commenter is deceased because of those choices. Now that I'm not longer with the company, if you just simply get your product and make your payment(s) you won't have an issue unless you make your situation an issue to begin with. I'm currently a customer now and am not treated any differently than a regular customer even being an ex employee. Don't go in with the intention to steal and you also won't have an issue. They will always work with you and want your business but if you are always running them around and can't afford your merchandise and not talking to them (and escalating the issue you're in), then you're the reason for your own dissatisfaction.

Everyone I've dealt with has been great.I tried 2 recliners and changed my mind after getting them home. They exchanged them no problem. Said as long as I'm happy.

It wouldn't let me post that so I took a screenshot of what I originally wrote. This is my number one store when it comes to this service they provide. And almost my entire life I have been familiar with being a customer at these stores and this one by far has exceeded expectations from EVERY other kind of store in this business including other rent a center stores I have been to since I was a kid.
