Stop by to cash out some rolled change . 20 dollar limit.?? Not sure how they expect to grow when you can’t except American currency without exception. Kind of a unusual experience. Really can’t see myself or family doing any banking there in the future. I guess things are changing faster than I realized.

I've been banking with them for a long time but my bank card expired the lady told me it be 2 weeks before mine comes in the mail and that my card would work til I activate my new one we'll that was a lie

When I had first when into Republic Bank, I only had a simple question and the first lady i spoke to was very rude and blunt. I really didn't want to go back in to ask my other question but glad I did. I spoke with a teller Elizabeth and she was the sweetest person and helped me a lot to better understand what i needed and even took to step further to help with another predicament I had. She was great and is helping me a lot.

The worst drive thru ever. If you're in a hurry better off going inside. It'll take them over 15 minutes to get you out.

I've been banking here for over a year and never had a bad experience. Excellent customer service. Very attentive. I'm always greeted when I walk through the door. My only complaints are that the ATM always seems to be out of order and also the hours of business at this branch are too short. Still, 5 stars due to the friendly, exceptional staff.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A BANK. Idk why but the women behind the counter looked me up and down with a rude look on her face. I've never fealt humiliated at a bank before this place! They should greet everyone as they walk through the door. At least say hello or be with you in a minute. And dont give dirty looks! Good lord. I'll never walk in there again.

Great service! In Georgetown and needed $100 so I went in and showed them my ID and they looked up my account in Lexington and gave me the money with a smile. Easy peasy and a smile.
