This is the worst customer service i’ve ever received at a high end makeup store. I went in ready to spend a couple hundred dollars because my daughters and i had an upcoming event. We were ignored and the customer service reps wouldn’t help us find the products we were searching for, I guess tik tok was more important.I found my foundation which was in stock, but they were out of stock on the foundation my daughter picked out. We politely asked if we could have it ordered and shipped when we were ready to check out. This is a typical practice, nothing out of the ordinary, Kohls even does this if we are needing a particular size. However, we were told they could not, we would need to go online and order it ourselves. First off, if this was walmart i would have no issues, but at $60 dollars a pop i expect this kind of service. I have always shopped at macys, if they were out of stock they would place the order for me and have it shipped. Do you know why? Because they appreciate the customers who are willing to spend $60 for foundation. Macy’s customer service reps say hi to you, they offer suggestions, they listen to your needs and they appreciate the customer spending $400 at their store. I am so tired of poor customer service. I’d rather try to milk a skunk than go into another Sephora!
