The young man Austin answered my questions and was polite enough to listen to my talking about different things then continued right on matching the color I needed to paint the boarder blocks touch up! He was very knowledgeable about the testing of the original paint on the blocks to match the color I needed. HE DESERVES A RAISE! Just saying LOL! I looked around the room but couldn't find a stool!!!Thanks Austin

I drove at a break neck pace to get to the store before they closed at 6:00pm. I arrived at 5:55 to locked doors. ? Now I have to make another trip just to get paint swatches. Maybe I'll just get my paint at their competition ?

The Georgetown KY store is very poor with customer service. Used to be top notch but management must have changed. Tried to return an unopened and untinted gallon of white deck stain and was told I couldn’t return it even for a credit. This stuff not tinted is like water and we are using for our deck trim. This is after spending over $2000 with this store in the last couple years. Wow! Also after that was going to buy two gallons of ext paint and was not even given the 30% discount that I received on the same project two or three weeks ago. This customer will investigate other paint stores in the future. Bad look on Sherwin Williams.

This place is run like there’s is no other paint store in Georgetown???? The service at this store is so bad… I’ve used Sherwin Williams for years. I don’t have time to spend 30 minutes in a paint store getting one can of paint. This store needs new Managment.
