If I could give this business 10 stars I would. I called and talked to a representative in regards to a Double Alpha race holster for my new Master Piece Arms DS9LOC. It was great to actually talk to a person that’s knowledgeable and able to assisted me in the right direction making sure my order was correct. I received everything in 2 days and it’s all perfect. The communication via email about the order tracking was flawless. I Couldn’t be more satisfied. I highly recommend this company for shooters at every level.

I had a issue with fitment on one of the products I ordered from here. I called in and spoke with Daniel, he nailed the service part in customer service. He was able to put me in touch with the manufacturer who remedied the issue I was having. Great service team here and I look forward to my next order.

I bought a 1911 receiver from them that UPS misplaced. After the delivery date I called customer service and spoke with Wendy. She immediately called UPS to try to locate my package. 48 hours later Wendy CALLED ME and told me they would replace my order and they would deal with UPS 2 days later I had a receiver in hand. I have since bought the slide from them. I would also like to note the parts were well packaged and wrapped in oil paper and in a plastic bag. This place is excellent would give 10 stars if I could
