So if you're in a bind and have to use a Laundromat it's an okay place to go. Cash only, has a change quarter machine. They did give me free pods and dryer sheets packages while there. Now in my case I had to run across the street to the central bank to withdraw money from my card which they charge a 3.50 ATM fee. But the washer washed well and the dryers are $.25 per 6 mins. I used the eco washer for $2.75 a load but they did have large, extra large and extra extra large dryers. Same goes for the washers.

My first time at Southside was great! We were in a pinch with a broken washer and took our laundry to Southside to help us out! Chelsea was so kind walking me through the process and had great suggestions to help our business while we are down a washer at the office! Clean facility with friendly staff! Will be back!

Up until today I’ve had a pretty good relationship with this laundromat, but we will not be coming back. I brought in a small load of towels and pads to wash and got charged $32.00 for 9.4lbs $3.40/lb. When asked why it was so high, I was told there was a minimum of a 10 pound limit per load. If anyone would’ve bothered to explain that to me upfront, I would’ve waited until we had more towels to at least meet the minimum so try to be upfront with your customers and let them know things. Like it’s not a good idea to clean these towels right now you don’t have enough to meet our minimum per load.

How disgusting the place was nasty the worker was rude and who brings there dog to work and let’s them just run around dog hair EVERYWHERE not mention you have to worry about it jumping on you !!!
