The customer service is amazing for people that talk circles to try to confuse you! Tell me how bills due 22 you pay 23 and they charge a 75 dollar late fee??? Two yrs with this service I was forced to use because of where we live and nothing but problems I also had the same problem with them 25yrs ago! At&t is better you may pay a little more but you never have these problems. They also let you know your bill is going up and don't trick you so you have to pay outrageous prices why people always leave them owing a ton of money they been making this stuff up since they began

Wonderful customer service. Friendly, relatable staff that welcome you immediately and help you with all of your questions and needs. Very patient while remaining professional and efficient. These guys turn a dreaded appointment into a relaxed outing. All service providers should notes.

Everything I was told was a lie! I was offered a discount to switch from AT&T. After 5 months I never received the discount or the promised monthly rate. I called multiple times only to be told there was no way that one of their sales reps offered the services for the rate I was told. I literally have documentation from the Rep that was standing inside of Georgetown Kroger. After the nightmare customer service experience and even being told I was a liar, I tried to cancel my services. It took over 4 phone calls to get this service cancelled. Customer service was rude. The overall experience was terrible. Including the service was spotty itself, constantly cutting in and out. There’s a reason for the poor rating they have and I should have considered that before switching. Now I’ve been back to AT&T for a couple of months, I just received a random debit from spectrum for over $300 from my bank account. Insane experience!! Now I get to deal with their horrible customer service all over again.

Totally fed up with the amount of outages, how long and how often. In the meantime I'm using my phone Internet to look for a different internet provider.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We no longer use them but every time they come to work on the internet box, they cut our wires. And we have to go through a whole thing to get our new service provider to bring us a new one cause the spectrum guy cut it and cut it short. I’m thinking it’s on purpose now. They also must really hate the environment cause I get mail from them EVERYDAY!! No matter what I do they won’t stop harassing us. They have even started calling.

They’re a “retail store” who can “only add services , we can’t change or help with your current service.” They literally said they could add a television or phone plan, but couldn’t do anything that would lower my bill.The quotes indicate the verbatim response when I went in to ask about changing my plan because it’s slower and more expensive than advertised cheaper plans. The lady was nice but really just told me to call the number on my bill.

The guy in store completely blew me off when trying to save money on my parents internet and tv. Didn’t bother looking at anything just said they already have a promotion I can’t help them went back to twiddling his thumbs. They’re elderly and don’t know how to do this. Took me less than 5 minutes with a call center employee to get a cheaper rate and they stated this could have been done in store. I’ll go to Lexington if I need help again even though I live in town

Zero stars!!! They're trying to make me pay for something I didn't sign up for. While talking to some I told him I just wanted wifi. I look on my account online and see there's a phone and cable. I call to get that off my account because I don't need it, didn't ask for it, why is it there. They tell me I said I wanted it. I DID NOT SAY I WANTED SOMETHING I KNOW FOR A FACT I DO NOT NEED AMD WILL NOT USE !! Still said that I said I did and won't remove it from my account. My first bill was $25, next bill 187.40!!!! No. They are wrong !!!! I know what I said "cable too ..no just the wifi, yeah I just need the wifi please" not cable, not phone ONLY WIFI !!!! ?????????? Should've listened to my friend who told me they'd do this to get my money !! SHE WAS RIGHT !!!!!

These guys work really hard to get your phone set up. I was trying to get my number from my other phone switched to my new phone. Well dealing with straight talk customer service was the pits, so I told Kimi I will just go with a new number. So thanks to Corey the first day then Kimi on the second day I have my new phone set up with Spectrum. Thank you Corey and Kimi for your help and your patience.
