I brought my family with me and the staff weren’t very accommodating. They didn’t even said “hello or we’ll be right with you” we looked around for a bit and waited in the seats for 20 minutes and still didn’t talked to us. So we left and still didn’t said anything. I don’t want to think that they’re racist but it seem like we weren’t even there when we came.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Was told to come to the store and get a SIM card. Went in, was ignored by the male customer service agent. Finally after 15 minutes a tattooed woman came in. Explained to her I needed a SIM card after dealing with CS on the phone. She told me it's $30.00 for a SIM card. I explained that I received the SIM card free in the mail. She stated there's no way to waive the fee!? Fed up I left, contacted T Mobile corporate headquarters explained my situation and was told there's no such fee. Received a SIM card the next day via FedEx, and guess what?, it was free with an apology from Corporate and a credit on my bill for all the hassle.Hmmmmm

I went in to order the new T Mobile 5G Home Internet service. The folks in there are nice but they have to get others from T-Mobile on the phone to order the service. I understood the issues they had with verifying my credit with a credit alert I had placed with credit reporting agencies due to recent identity fraud issue. However, after several times giving them my home address, phone number, social security number, having them call me on my cellphone while on phone with them in the store, getting transferred to different departments - I could tell we weren't getting anywhere. The guy on the phone wanted the store to give him the number of a SIM card. I asked don't they just ship them with a SIM card. They said they are doing things manually - whatever that means. They then had to speak to someone else to get the activation. >>> Could not get past this point..... My wife was waiting in the car, we had lunch getting cold, and it was now an hour and a half !!!!!!!.... I gave up. Sad as we really wanted the 5G home internet service. The people in the store were nice but the company does not have customer friendly processes and procedures to simply set up an account, take payment, and ship. This should not take a rocket scientist and frustrate the hell out of those wishing to do business with them.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a phone store. Locked us out of one of our business phones, unable to unlock it. And then could not even close our account. Gave us a number to call and offered to sell us a phone. Run to any other carrier!
