Grounds are kept very clean, office staff are very helpful and kind, my only complaints are about parking, maintenance I’ve never had an issue with since living here since December 2022, they’ve always been very prompt and professional, I’ve had some hiccups with them recently just poor communication is all, but it’s also on my end as well so I can’t knock them for it. My dog loves the dog park, my cat LOVES to lay in the windows, I don’t like being so close to the trash compactor, but I LOVE my home! I’ve not had any issues regarding Wi-Fi, our experience overall with The Mill has been nothing short of absolutely great! We plan to renew next year hoping our rent doesn’t go up more, so if we can renew same rate next year we’d be more than happy to stay!

The place itself is fine, but I’ve had nothing but issues with my move in. The staff acts helpful, but then leaves you hanging and doesn’t respond to emails. I’ve lived here a month and still don’t have access to my mailbox because the lock isn’t working and I have to keep following up with the staff to get it resolved. Pretty frustrating when simple, essential access isn’t available.

Recommend This place 10/10 To anyone they made me feel at home. Everyone That works there is very nice and friendly and all the apartments are well maintained and well maintenance and they do there best to fulfill every customers needs.

We lived in this apartments for 7 years. One word if I have to describe is "Home". Our stay filled with joy, happiness and success. Staff is always there to helpm especially Samantha, Josh. Very approachable and always there if we needed help. Very neat environment and friendly people. Apartment layout, amenities and security is impeccably amazing. Thank you Sam,. Josh and everyone who made our stay (7 years+) wonderful.

I have been here for about 7 months. The community is quiet and clean. The only noise we really hear is during the summer when people are riding their motorcycles which is understandable and not a concern. The pool and grill area is really nice and always kept clean. We don't have pets but if I ever did get a dog, the dog park is beautiful. My kids are always playing in the grass area and we hardly ever see poo anywhere so people are doing a good job at cleaning up after their pets. We love the layout to our home. The front office staff are so sweet and I have never had any problems with them. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests and we have had no issues there either. The only thing I would "complain" about, which really isn't a complaint, is they are a little pricey. BUT, considering what you get, the price is understandable. We just had the countertops remodeled (entire community) and they are absolutely beautiful. During the winter months, they do a good job at making sure they are salting when it freezes and they clear the roadways pretty quickly. Our lease is up and with the price of housing, we have chosen to stay another year. I would much rather pay a little extra then move and not know what to expect with a new property management co or landlord. They also have events in the summertime at the pool which is pretty cool. They do little things in the winter months in the office which is neat as well. Overall, extremely happy with the community and the staff! Only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the price. If they weren't so expensive, I would have given 5 stars!

Just moved in a day or two ago. The community is very clean, well maintained, and quiet. Neighbors are all very nice so far. And the units are so wonderful. Great storage, very nice layout, etc. We are very happy in our new home!

Where do I even start? Two years at the mill and started great when Faith was there. Always answered our questions in a timely manor and was always amazing to deal with. Once she left and I had to start dealing with Samantha, I was ready to leave. Gave me attitude when I wasnt given a pool pass when I moved in because I had copies of keys made the day I moved in. She was always rude and always gave me attitude, even with the simplest requests. Maintenance is amazing, I will give them that. But it took them 2 months is the middle of winter to fix my heat, had a 6in crack in my bedroom door from the previous tenants that was just mudded over when I moved in, floors and stove were filthy when I moved in, took them almost my full year lease to get me a screen that was missing on a window from the day we moved in. I could go on forever but save yourself some MONEY and do not lease from here. Its majorly overpriced from what youre given. Oh, and parking is a complete joke. Better get hone by 6 pm or youre walking all over the complex.

I lived here a couple years ago, in the spring my apartment had a ton of pill bugs that would get in. I'd make repair requests but nothing changed, probably an issue with their buildings since I also saw it in the gym. pill bugs don't live indoors so they'd just come in and die but I'm talking literally dozens dead every few days that I would have to clean up. It was nasty.Bad service on repairs, theyd say they fixed stuff and it wasn't fixed. You'd have to go complain.Biggest annoyance was that after I moved out I got a call from collections months later for a couple hundred dollars because they claimed I had damage in the apartment. Not a big deal, except no one from The Mill had even attempted to contact me regarding the issue before sending it to collections. I paid it that day and moved on, but it seriously seemed like it was just some petty thing to get back at me for moving out. When I asked why they'd send me to collections before attempting to contact me they claimed they didn't have my email or phone number. Completely freaking laughable, you literally get monthly emails about rent and things.I forgot to review them when I moved out

Terrible place to live. No security at all, no cameras , was not clean at all when moved in and had to clean myself. Wifi is terrible and always goes out. can't wait til i move out next month.
