My husband and I needed to a storage unit last minute on a Saturday and Stephanie was amazing! The move has been extremely stressful and she provided amazing customer service, showed empathy, and went above and beyond to make the rental process as easy as possible. Clean and rodent free!! The only issue I had was their one way in, one way out. Inconvenient is the word that comes to mind. Other than that, fast friendly service getting set up. Have a go for yourselves

My husband and I went to rent a unit today. The property manager Stephanie was great. She was so knowledgeable, funny and sweet. Hands down the best customer service experience I've ever had.

I’m new costumer with them. Base on my experience it says that it’s 1 month free, but that’s there catch! They never gave my month free. They gave me a unit after 2 weeks i got a red lock! So i called and got it fix and gave another lock for there mistakes. The manager is very disrespectful. Find another storage rental for new costumers.
