Easy amazon returns... customer service is ok depending on who is working. it cam be busy but that's part of the business. They are helpful in trying to figure out best way to ship or pack. Talked pricing for printing but it can get costly and other stores have better deals.

Unreliable. I worked with this UPS store on a Wednesday and was told my project would be ready by Friday. On Thursday I called to make sure they had what they needed from me and the employee said they were set and I could actually pick up that day- I was thankful for the quick turn around. I visited the store Friday, as originally planned, for pick up where I was told my order wasn’t ready, the person I had been working with was at an event unable to be contacted, and they couldn’t complete my order because it was in progress and they were too slammed to print. I asked if they could contact a Lexington store for me as a back up and was told “I don’t know.” This really put me in a pickle for the event I needed my printing for on Saturday. Would not recommend. Thank goodness for Walgreens quick print option!

I went to this UPS store on July 11th @ 5:30pm. I was standing in line patiently waiting my turn. It was 2 associates working. One older lady and a young girl. They both had customers. Prior to the older associate wrapping up with her current customer she waved her hand for the lady behind me to come up instead of me who was next in line. I assumed she was there prior but that wasn't the case. I still stayed in the line. The younger associate was still assisting her customer. However the older associate finished with the customer and then proceeded to have a conversation with the customer. At that point I grabbed the manager card, and left the store. I went to another UPS store 15 minutes away, and received excellent customer service. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service from the Georgetown, KY location. It is my hope that the older associate get more training in treating all customers with the same level of courtesy and respect. I'm a retired Air Force veteran who was there to mail out a package to my son who is in the Army. The older associate who I believe name was Jane(not sure) made me feel as if I was not welcomed in the store. This is one of the worst experiences and would NOT recommend. NP

The one less star is ONLY for printing, not the employees. There is some issue where everytime I do an order online to be printed and picked up, I get to the store and they cannot find the order, ask around, find it, and then print it even though my email says the order has been printed and is ready for pickup. I'm assuming technology is the issue because the employees are always nice. We've dropped things off here many times and have had no issues. As much as I'd love to keep giving the business for convenience, I've had better luck from staples and will just make the drive to Hamburg for my printing needs.

On Tuesday December 20th at 6:52 (just before they were about to close), I ran in with two boxes I needed to mail. Of course, they were for Christmas, of course I should have mailed them a week earlier. A young woman named Lindsey helped me, she was kind and patient. She helped me get the packages ready and on the truck that had already arrived and was being loaded. Both packages made it to their destination before Christmas! THANK YOU LINDSEY! I sincerely appreciate your hard and especially your kindness.

The staff at this store are super friendly, especially Karen. They keep the lines moving quickly and are courteous in every interaction I’ve witnessed.
