BART who works out front is the best. Customer service is on point. A couple of months ago he helped me with my passport and again he was awesome. He knows exactly what you want to do before you even ask. This dude is the best!

The stupid post office's 1-800 number for any and all post offices is the most inefficient and stupid way to get help. The phone menus are do not allow you to speak to a representative at all and they don't allow you to go back a menu. And the menus don't allow enough time to respond to a menu choice, even if one is the menu choice fits your need. No menu choice fits our need of clarifying our change of address as we have the same last name as the new family who purchased and moved into our old house. It's extremely dumb that our tax dollars can't have a person available to answer the phones at an office and that the automatic menu is sooo poorly done and a waste of time. We can never get to a person to speak to. I hope the post office closes down someday with this level of incompetence.

I have always had a great experience coming in to use this post office. Bart is wonderful to work with and went out of his way to help us during the passport application process. He deserves a bonus or raise!

Did not respect the integrity of appointment or who came first in line. Wasted time and lost money from missed work.

For the past four weeks this winter, I’ve had a 3-4 foot hill of ice and snow in front of my mailbox; however, I’ve received my mail every day. I’m honestly not sure how because there are no footprints and the hill is half as tall as the USPS truck.
This branch has outstanding staff, both delivering and in the office. They’re as helpful and friendly inside as any office I’ve visited.

Every time I’ve come in here, it’s been really busy, but the postal workers are fast and friendly and efficient. They’ve been really helpful with me figuring out the best mailing options for my packages and important documents.

Georgetown post office is great! Friendly, fast service.

I would’ve given 5-stars *except* the actual delivering of incoming mail is awful. Stuff delivered to wrong house, received wrong mail, had scans of incoming mail in which one piece is weirdly not delivered but the rest of them are.
As for the branch itself — FANTASTIC!
They run an efficient and friendly outfit. Never had any outgoing mail lost or issues; tracking#s are always scanned in promptly. Mailed stuff from Lexington and Cincinnati in which the incoming and outgoing mail is poor. Compared to others, ours is top notch.

The agent gave me totally wrong information about the process for dealing with forwarding mail to a previous owner of a home. Another agent told me the correct process.

Stopped in with my daughter week before to do an in person change of address. They were really great with helping me!! The employees were all extremely polite and professional!!! I wish I could remember the name of the head clerk who stopped what he was doing. Just to come over and show the younger one the steps to get my ID to go through ? but thank you for the extra mile??

Tracking says my package has been here for 10 days, waiting to be put on a truck for delivery. USPS says they never received it, and UPS says they already gave to to the post office. So it's lost forever.
When I asked the employee that was working. He just said, "have you tried being patient?"

Just moved here from Texas, where you or they tape your label on for FREE.. this location tried to charge me 3.99 for en entire toll of tape?!. No wonder usps is becoming a last option for mailing services.. if this wasn't a returning item from an amazon 3rd party company, I would just go elsewhere... life is overpriced as it is. People struggling, working 2 jobs, and you're gonna charge for 4 pieces of tape 4 inches long? Lost my business entirely. I'll now be going elsewhere to get my companys fliers in the mail.

This post office has a very bad problem with mail people cutting corners.
