The victra store in Georgetown KY is an awesome place to shop for a new phone and Travis is a top notch representative to help you determine what your smart phone needs are and to find a way to fulfill them. My experience was excellent and my husband and I will return to the Viçtra store in Georgetown KY when he is ready to replace his smart phone. We left there with a new pixel smart phone for me and a new friend in Travis. Thanks Victra and Travis for such a wonderful experience!

Only 1 person working, be prepared to wait, there is no multitasking. You just have to painstakingly wait without any acknowledgment or haste on the employees part. I waited literally an hour for an online pick up order. I was told I am not the account manager….even though I am. So, I logged into Verizon and showed him my name under account managers, it didn’t matter and I left without getting the phone….that I already paid for.

I wasn't allowed to pick up a phone that I paid for. I can't remember the last time I felt the need to leave a business a bad review

I walked into the store looking for the possibility of internet service and a thought of a smaller phone. Zachary helped myself and my son whom I had to leave and go pick up in so many amazing ways. He was kind. Patient. Understanding. Knowledgeable. He also stayed late just to make sure everything was transferring ok all while making good conversation making nothing awkward or weird. I highly recommend going in to see him. He was amazing. Thank you Zack, we will be back for all our cell phone needs ;)

I found out that my one talk app was not receiving texts. My business utilizes texts heavily. The normal Verizon help desk wanted me to Uninstall and reinstall the one talk app which would lose all texts and contacts in the app which was unacceptable.I decided to go to the Georgetown Verizon store by Kroger. After telling Payton, Zach, Jarrod, and Chris, and running through thier level of troubleshooting, they connected me with a one talk specialist (Justin). After doing some troubleshooting, Justin came up with a workable solution that saves my contacts and will prevent future issues like the one I was experiening.Thank you Payton, Jarrod, Zach, Chris, and Justin for solving my problem. A special thanks to Chris who allowed me to use his personal phone as a resource during the troubleshooting with Justin.I can say without a doubt, that without all of thier help, I would have been up a certain creek without a paddle.

Payton and Jared are so kind, informative and made sure I knew the ins and outs of everything before I signed and walked out the store. They were efficient with their time and they got me exactly what I was interested in. No matter what you need regarding your phone, even if you’re walking in with just a question these guys are very patient and will have you feeling confident in your decision.
