Went to pharmacy drive thur today and the sign in the window said "Pharmacy Drive Thru Pharmacy is Closed, Welcome To Come Inside". I am disabled, and have difficuliry walking but needed my prescription so I went inside as told. Turns out that not only was the drive thru closed, but the phamacy was closed also. So much for inviting me inside to pick up my prescription! Voiced my displeasure to the check-out person. Told her they need to change the sign to simply say that the pharmacy is closed and delete the part about being welcome to come inside. This pharmacy has always had⁷ pretty good service, but not this time! Change the f'ing sign to reflect reality, and stop asking disabled people to come inside for no reason at all!!

Will not let you know A head of time that they do not have your prescription so you’ll have to wait in line just for them to turn you away

No stars worse experience in my entire life , urgent care here in Georgetown Ky called them in to Walgreens Georgetown KY on June 9th around 5pm ,here I am June 11th 6:01pm and ive been sitting here waiting for over an hour... It's like they aren't even trying at this point ????????

I am unable to take my medication tonight because walgreens didn't have a pharmacist on duty today. They are holding my medicine, that I ordered days ago, hostage. This is ridiculous. They are going to kill someone who can't live without their medication. Clearly management for this store is completely negligent. Also, this is not the first time.

The pharmacist is often absent, and the pharmacy frequently closes without notice. While I usually understand that emergencies happen, this has become a very frequent issue. I regularly wait in line for 30-45 minutes for my prescriptions. Despite receiving calls that my prescriptions are ready, they often can't be found when I arrive to pick them up. I've been a customer at this pharmacy for nearly two years, and this problem has persisted the entire time, growing more negligent each day. This store needs to remember what they do and why they do it. I will now be three days without my daily medication, making me feel absolutely terrible. This is simply unacceptable and pathetic. Like many others in this review section, I will be transferring. Do better, Walgreens, before you cause serious, irreversible damage.

The red hair girl (didn’t catch her name) gave me a great experience in the photo counter. Our canvas was great and after a mix up with my order not going through, she went above and beyond to correct it and print it out quickly. Thank you!!

Prescriptions are rarely filled on time, alerts will be sent informing me my medication is ready only to find they have not even received the order to fill it. Pharmacy is understaffed and oftentimes closes early with no warning.

Id give negative 10 if it were possible after tonight's encounter with whoever the so called "manager" woman was. Rudest person to customers, idk if it's because how I dress or what, maybe I don't look rich enough for her, though I spend TONS of money at Walgreens, but won't be anymore! She acted like she's asking if I needed help finding anything, truly just to tell me they're closing in 15minytes in a rude way. She needs fired for real. No one who's in MGMT should treat any customer so rudely! Then basically accused me of stealing when I was checking out. That was a horrible experience and SONETHING NEEDS DONE ABOUT HER! SHE NEEDS TERMINATED FROM HER POSITION SHE OBVIOUSLY DOESNT KNOW OR CARE HOW TO PROPERLY DO. If anyone actually responds to this, YES I WANT CALLED ABOUT IT!!!! ? I WORK FULL TIME. I DONT STEAL! AND I DONT NEED RUSHED OUT THE DOOR BECAUSE THE CLOTHES I WEAR OR TREATWD LIKE DIRT!!!!

This Walgreens is pitiful.First time here was told I had no prescriptions. Went to my doctor my doctor prove she sent in rx. When I got back to Walgreens I was told they couldn't find the sent prescription because someone was in exhale and they have no idea who it is so they don't know when they can get it off.I have been three or four times each time is a hour or two wait. Drive through is never open. What If I couldn't make it in the store and that was why I choose Walgreens
